It's older a little run down. Not bad though. Rooms are clean folks are nice.

The vanity was not secured to the floor in the bathroom. They used a cheap plumber matched the hotel. Good coffee in the room though.

The only thing ok about this place was the comfortable bed. The drain in the shower was terribly clogged. I stayed for three days and everyday I asked them to clear it. They continued to not do it. Mold EVERYWHERE! The office was always closed, you would have to go room to room to find help. And there was a difficult language barrier to overcome.

I was skeptical due to the other reviews but I was shocked when I entered the room. It was wonderful. The outside leaves a bit to be desired but what counted was the inside. Beautiful, comfortable and will definitely look this place up again when I'm in the area.

The gentlemen that checked me in was very hard to understand. When we went up front and told him the toilet wasn't working right he said it wasn't his problem. When asked if we could borrow a plunger to clear toilet he treated us like thieves. Was not happy. Thank you

It was very basic and met our sleeping needs. The sink had a crack through it. The bottom of the tub did not look clean. There was what looked like mold in the corner of the tub closest to the faucet. There was no coffee and the office was never open and we registered through a small security window. There was no Bible which I think every room should […] have. The rest of the floor tile inside and outside of the bathroom had different colors of grout dirty and less dirty. The bed was good and solid and the heat worked well. There was plenty of parking. My gps did not pick up the address very well. Baca selanjutnya

The staff and condition of the room was great! The room and everything was in great shape and kept clean. I would recomment this hotel to anyone looking to stay in St. Roberts or near area!

Bring your own Kleenex there is none provided. Breakfast is a 2” muffin and coffee. Spiders come to visit in the shower. Stay away there are several other hotels nearby

The man at the front desk did not speak very good english, which would not be a problem but he was very rude. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was disgusting. There was pee on the shower curtain and the bottom of the tub was black. The walls were very scuffed up. The door is a story all it's own. The lock was not sturdy and could easily be […] kicked in. This place is OLD. There were roaches crawling around and the sheets, IF they were clean, had STAINS on them! Will NOT stay at this hotel again, would rather sleep in my car!!!!

There was a slight smell in the room when i first arrived, but other than that it was a pleasant stay. It was quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly.

This was an extremely pleasurable experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and attentive. It was so convenient to Ford Leonard Wood and very affordable. The restaurant in front of the hotel had excellent food, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. All in all it was a very pleasurable experience. Hard to understand office staff. Not the cleanest place. But it was cheap and close to the base.

towels were stained, bathroom tile work falling apart, toilet was loose and rocking, shower non slip mat was taken off, over all the room was dated.

I was only needing a room for one night to pick my son up at the army base. I didn't want nor need a 5 star hotel since I was only going to be in town overnight. The room was clean and the beds where comfortable. Everything worked and it was a pleasent stay for a low price. Very convient to the base. I was able to check in and out with no problem..
