"Four Points in Jaipur"
The Four Points is a good hotel overall but could use more variety of foods at breakfast with additional wait staff. The guest room doors also shut with quite a slam which was annoying when trying to sleep. But otherwise the staff is super polite and customer oriented. The hotel is conveniently connected to a grocery store where we bought beverages […] and snacks. There is also a mall which is connected but we didn't visit it. Overall, it was a fine stay. "One night"
We spent one night at Four Points. Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was a very good grocery store just next to the hotel, on the other side of the building. Staff was helpful and spoke good engilsh. The pool area was also clean though we didn't swim there. I'd recommend this hotel!

We ate at the Hotel and found the food to be okay but the service was very slow and the staff neglected o bring things when asked for. their customer service in the restaurant is just not up to par.

An impersonal chain hotel found on a busy thoroughfare in Jaipur. The service was good, the rooms comfortable, along with a nice buffet breakfast and other meals provided on the 3rd floor restaurant. Even has a spa on the premises.

"The Four Points By Sheraton-Jaipur"
The hotel is located about 8 km from the main area in Jaipur, however the surrounding area isn't a great view. My room had a view of a construction site! The room service was terrible and I had to make multiple phone calls to get what I ordered correct. The service was mediocre and I don';t reccommend anyone trying room service. While the room was neat […] and clean, the swimming pool area was a disaster. The pool was filthy, had bird droppings all around it (and possibly in the water...i didn't check)...and there were enough bird feathers floating in the water to make a kingsize pillow out of! "Jaipur Four points hotel"
The stuff are quite polite but not professional enough considering management under Sheraton. Food is so so. Location is good for business purpose since it is so close to the airport, however, the scenery sites are not too far anyway.

We were feed up and over what had happened in the other hotels. We stayed in 5 star hotels earlier on this trip. That we're awful . This place was the best hotel we found. It was a dream. The room was so clean and comfortable. Bed was awesome . With children it was a dream. The staff was helpful . The food was wonderful. I can't say enough about it. […] Other hotels gave us fake money all over for something. They are honest and up front. No shady deals here. Service was great. Made our vacation worth going. It we wouldn't have found this gem. I would have felt like our whole vacation was a waste. I would have left Indian with not a positive thing to say. They help us so much. It was a real diamond in the ruff. Amazing. We were received by the staff well. While leaving no one bothered to say anything and the person at the reception did not even lift his head to see who is leaving. Staff took the luggage outside, did not bother to help load them to the car. My car driver got irritated and even expressed his displeasure. Otehrwise, hotel was excellent.

The moment you reach the hotel, you feel may be I have made a mistake to select this property. The location is quite average. My nephew and I stayed here just over a week- it was the mid point of our 5 week trip to india and we planned a couple of rest days here in-between the sightseeing - it was a good choice. The hotel was extremely comfortable- lovely room- walk in shower and good a/c. Plus the most comfy beds we expereinced in India! My nephew had a view over the terrace […] and pool - I had a view of wider Jaipur. The rooms are light and airy. We were both still recovering from tummy upsets in Kolkata in our first week- and found the choice of food in the restaurant suited us well. The european food served was very good and they were also able to accomodate our need for less spicy Indian food- which was delicious. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We also enjoyed the Absolute Vaction and Jolly Jodpur cocktails!! The internet access always worked as well - a first! The spa was excellent and the pool terrace a haven of relaxation after a hot days sightseeing! The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the old town - but that is cheap enough by auto-rickshaw. The only critisism I might levy is that the travel desk was not able to provide a lot of help - for example unable to assist in booking trains, or trips to the national park, but was able to book the AC Bus or drivers/guides. The hotel Reception had extremely poor customer service and need training on 'meeting and greeting'. Everything was done correctly but with min eye contact, min conversation and no smiles. The rest of staff in hotel were excellent, from room service to restaurant staff to door man. I give the rest of the hotel a 10/10 and reception staff 3/10. "Poor service, but nicely furnished"
I checked into the hotel and everything seemed fine. The lobby is quite nice and the rooms start on level 3. When I got to my room it was up to Sheraton standards and I laid on the bed. Then I started hearing lots of noise coming from the window. I opened the shades to pigeons on the ledge everywhere. The noise was quite loud so I called the front desk. […] The desk person said that all rooms had this and I asked him, "Don't you think it might be a problem if all rooms have lots of pigeons making noise in front of the windows?" I asked if there was any better room to switch to and he said the manager would call me. The manager never called me back. Next was the restaurant service. I went to the bar area and sat down wanting some food while I worked. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes before anyone arrived and asked me if I wanted something. Then I ordered and most of the menu was not available. I said, "Okay, just give me a Kingfisher beer." The waiter came back with a nearly warm beer saying, "This is as cold as we have them." Then was dinner later. After eating dinner, which was actually pretty good food, the service is what killed it again. I asked the waiter for the bill and told him that my friend and I were leaving and wanted to go quickly. When the waiter came back he brought the normal bill folder, but inside was the survey, with no bill. He stated,"I will bring the bill after you fill out the survey." I was a little taken aback because it was presented to me as if it were the protocol that I had to follow. I told him I just want the bill and want to go. With some attitude the bill was finally brought. Overall the rooms are comfortable and nice, but the service is subpar and the pigeons are really annoying. "The Sheraton 4 Points in Jaipur"
We arrived early and the hotel staff said that our room would be ready in 10 minutes. They were extremely polite and helpful throughout our entire stay. They logged us into the wifi network in the lobby as we waited. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was a delight after staying in some not so nice hotels earlier in our travels. The breakfast […] buffet was great, with omelets made to order and fresh squeezed juices. The pool was under repair while we were there, but it looked nice and had a great view. There was a Big Bazaar shopping center located directly behind the hotel, which was convenient for stocking up on bottled water and snacks. "its not a Sheraton but still is a mid range gem"
Close to airport but a distance from Amber fort.Good free wi fi. Food good but could do with more international options.Good mix of TV channels. All in all comfortable clean and good value.

We were given a room that had NO view had fixed window - The feeling was very claustrophobic - we should have been warned about this when they assigned the room to us. We ended up spending as little time in the room as possible.

Hotel lobby pas accueillante. Chambres bien et insonorisation très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix. Bien placé - pas très loin des points touristiques de centre ville. Allez y sans craintes.
