The staff is friendly, service is excellent and rooms are clean! Great location right in the middle of Petaling street in Chinatown. You can walk to the train station Pasar Seni in less than 5 minutes. We had a room on floor 3 towards Petaling street but never heard the market below. However, the walls towards the corridor are very thin... Only remark was that there was small holes in the sheets and that a towel smelled bad. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we would have asked though. Would definitely stay there again!
The cleanliness of the hotel & beauty & space were my impressed. Except the hospitality can be warmer , perhaps the staff are tired & working during public holiday hari raya.

"Excellent location right at the shopping hub"
The hotel location is just between Lot 10 and Pavilion, which is very convenient for shoppers... not far away from the hotel, it is near to the Jl Imbi and you can find hawker food there... Bak kut teh there is not bad... The only one thing i dun like is the hotel service is so satisfying... and i could not assess wireless internet in the room... "Piccolo - a romantic experience within the city"
Very good location. very nicely designed room. which i think is more suitble for couples.. the door of the toilet and bathroom is a little translucent, thus it is not suitable for colleagues or friends. Service was a little under expectation. Something went wrong with the heater and we called up the reception at about 10+ in the morning. soon after […] they came up to our room to check it out. However, nothing can be done and they told us that they would need to repair from their side which would take about 15min. we told them to inform us once it is ready.... 1hour later nothing was heard, we checked out the shower, still no hotwater.... it was until about 12+ did our hot water supply resume. and.. no news from the maintanance side :( Baca selanjutnya

"地點位置取勝"
酒店位置十分方便，隔音及房間不太乾淨（被單好多塵）不要期望過高，牙刷要打去reception先有（可能忘記），在房內打了3個本地電話每個大概1分鐘，收費rmb55!

Ett hotell som ligger mitt i shoppingkvarteren. Rena och frächa rum som är relativt stora med annorlunda design. Mycket sköna sängar! Personalen något stram och lite kylig men korrekt.

酒店的位置非常便利，逛街非常方便。房间也很别致。就是隔音差了些，晚上能听到外面的酒吧音乐，以及走廊的各种声音，希望能加强隔音措施。

ロケーションは抜群、朝食はないが、新峰肉骨茶にも近いし、アロー通りやインビ通りにも近く食事には困らない。ショッピングも、パビリオン・Ｌｏｔ１０（伊勢丹）・ＢＢプラザ・スンガイワンプラザ・ＫＬプラザが近くにあり、近場での買い物で１日中過ごしても足らないくらい。 部屋は、洗面台がリビングにあり、トイレ・シャワールームが分かれていて、変わったレイアウトになっています。２人でいった場合は、脱衣が気になるかも。 注意すべきは、歯ブラシ・バスローブは無し。 また、NHKワールドプレミアム映りませんが、ｗｉｆｉが無料で接続できるので、フロントでパスワードもらって、スマホで接続して日本のニュース等見ていたので、問題なかったです。 空調は、切っても寒いくらいですので、上に羽織るものが必要（マレーシアでは一般的 […] ）。 エレベータは、ルームキーカードでのセキュリティは無し、警備員によるチェックのみ。 とはいっても、部屋は明るく清潔で、フロントの対応も良く、快適でした。 ２Ｆには、モリノカゼというスパがあり、Ｆｉｓｈ ＳＰＡがおすすめ。 Baca selanjutnya

"Piccolo Hotel-在吉隆坡最繁华的金三角"
在吉隆坡最繁华的金三角，周边有好多购物中心，大排档（多是华人开的）。酒店的WIFI速度很快，信号很好！

피콜로 호텔에 묵기 전에 싱가폴 마리나베이샌즈와 랑카위 펠랑기리조트에 묵었었는데 그 두곳에 비해서 훨씬 더 만족했습니다.. 가격은 물론 피콜로가 훨씬 저렴하죠.. 호텔의 위치가 일단 매우 좋습니다. 부킷빈탕 모노레일역에서 나와서 찻길만 건너면 되니까요.. 파빌리온도 매우 가깝고 잘란 알로도 코앞이고..... 호텔 객실은 매우 현대적이고 공간이 넓었습니다. 군데군데 숨은 수납공간 찾기도 참 재미있었어요.. 어찌나 물건보관할 선반/서랍들이 많은지..ㅎㅎ 세면대와 화장실 샤워실이 다 분리되어 있는것도 편리했고, 미니바없이 성능좋은 빈냉장고를 사용할 수 있는 것도 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 구석에 있는 먼지들 까지는 일일이 […] 청소하는 것 같지는 않았어요.. 그럼에도, 매우 만족스러운 호텔임은 확실합니다. "훌륭한 위치, 깨끗한 룸..."
이번 8월에 3일간 묵었던 피콜로 호텔. 쇼핑몰, 모노레일, 주변 볼거리들이 너무나 가까운 위치에 있고, 밤에 다녀도 안전한 곳. 하지만, 수영장이 없어 다소 아쉬우며, 무엇보다 조식이 없는 것이 아쉽다. 조식을 제공할 수 있는 식당이 아예 없는 호텔. 주변에 사먹을 곳이 많기는 하지만, 그래도 아쉬움으로 남는다. 룸상태와 로비, 복도 등은 깨끗하게 관리되어 있으며, 특히 룸 바닥이 나무로 되어있어, 한국사람들에게는 더욱 좋은 것 같다.

Hotellet var rent och fräscht och med en lite lustig planlösning på rummen. Men med detta läget spenderar man inte tid på rummet. Jag rekommenderar detta hotellet för att det var rent fräscht och låg mitt i smeten i Kuala Lumpur.

Great location, just locate in the heart of bukit bintang,close to the monorail, which within 5mins walk.shopping centre and food around the hotel.Nice service from the reception staff and concierge!Everything is nice and quite a new hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, looked just like the pictures! Check-in was easy and quick and the service for taxis to the airport and assistance with tours was great. Great location. Close to everything, a hop-on/hop-off bus stops right outside the front door and shopping is great around the area. Would deffinately stay there again.

Vi är nöjd med vår vistelse. Hotellet var fint och WIFI ingick. Det bästa är läget, hotellet ligger precis i området med massor av shopping. Rekommenderar restaurang Elcerdo som ligger på gång avstånd till hotellet.

The Hotel was far better than we expected. The staff was very, very helpful with pointing the way, helping with the rent of a car and carying our luggage etc. The room was very nice, clean and tidy. The artwork gave a relaxing feel. Free WiFi was also very handy.
