Pellegrino - Mostar

Located midway between rail/bus station and old town/bridge area about 10 mins walk from each. Room was large with kitchenette, and small private courtyard. Comfortable without being luxurious. We only stayed one night (one day) which is sufficient to see most of the Mostar sights. Breakfast was good - better than average in Europe for this type of […] accommodation. Friendly and very helpful staff. The old city is within a few minutes walk from the hotel, and parking is easy to find. A breakfast buffet (really nice) is served in a cosy room downstairs. Really recommend this small hotel and would stay there again.

very clean and nice hotel. well maintained. good service. kindly staff.. perfect situated in the very center of the town. the hotel does NOT have a free parking, as written on hotels.com, but are helpful with a cheap parking nearby. the hotel does NOT have pools and a terrace, as written on hotels.com. though I DO RECOMMEND Pelegrino. The first thing that happened to us when we checked in at this hotel was that the owner yelled at us really bad. She accused us of being very rude when we booked the hotel. The thing was that I booked this hotel 5 months in advance and one month before arriving I received an e-mail saying that they only had 2 of the 4 rooms I booked and that we had […] to pay an extra charge of 10 € per room for the other 2 rooms. I answered that it is up to the hotel to keep track of their bookings and that we are not willing to pay extra for the rooms. The owner was really hard and said really awful things. It turned out that this hotel is doing this kind of trick often, because I friend of mine who booked this hotel separate received the same e-mail saying that they didn't have the room they booked and that they had to upgrade it for 10 € per night. Hotellet er lett å finne med god skilting på innfartsveien til Mostar. Organisert parkering for hotellets gjester kort vei fra hotellet. En hyggelig betjening ønsker deg velkommen med gratis servering av forfriskninger under innsjekking. Lite hotell uten heis, men med store rom/leiligheter og god frokost.
