Patio Pacific Boracay - Boracay

They called at the middle of the night just to charge my friend for the extra bed fee. I feel that they could just charge it in my room when I check out.

Although this hotel is not beachfront, it's close enough with only a minute walk from the pool/gym area. Its location to White Beach is pretty convenient – about a 5 minute walk to D'Mall, and the opposite direction will lead towards Willy's Rock and the quieter part of Station 1. I stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. Our room was very basic […] (and maybe a bit dated), but clean and well equipped with a refrigerator, flat screen TV, combination safe, and air conditioning. The bathroom was very large with a shower and separate bath tub. One thing to note is that the hotel is split into two wings by the Main Road. We stayed in the East Wing which is the side farther from the Garden Cafe, pool, and beach. Some visitors may mind, but we didn't because the hotel really isn't that large and taking the extra few steps to cross the street was no big deal. The service was above and beyond at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. Upon check in, we were greeted by Carlos (who I believe may be the manager). He escorted us to our room and whenever we ran into him after that, he always remembered our names and made the effort to say hi and ask how we were. Everyone there seemed to know us – from the Jack Daniels bar to the pool desk. They either already knew our names or room number. I'm a vegetarian and even the staff in the kitchen offered to take special requests (free of charge) for breakfast since the majority of it was meaty. I was really impressed! Baca selanjutnya

Great hospitality. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities e.g swimming pool, gym, wall climbing, restaurant & etc are very good! This hotel is suitable for those who want a bit of privacy yet still engaging the real surrounding. Definately will come back to Boracay and stay at Patio Pacific!

hotel staff was very friendly. room was a little tight for 4 adults but bathroom was big. had to walk 5 minutes to get to the beach. got charged EXTRA for my 17-year-old when during the reservation process, he was classified as a child (0-17) on the hotels.com website.

we just stayed for 2nights and 3days...it was awesome.THEY ARE SO NICE THAT THOUGH WE ALREADY LEFT THE HOTEL AND WE FORGOT SOME OF OUR STUFF, they were kind enough to send it without asking us to pay for the delivery charges. :-) :-) :-)

It started off by the staff had doublebooked our friends room so they were replaced to another hotel, then the room was the second worst room Ive ever stayed in at any hotel. Small, dusty, and an airconditioner in your face while lying in bed. So the room was either freezing with wind blowing in your face during the whole night, or extremely hot and […] damp. We stayed three nights at the Patio Pacific. Good value. The rooms were well maintained. The staff was excellent. Gym and pool very clean as was the restaurant and the rooms. If one was to find fault it would be the rather perculiar outdoor part of the bathroom. Through a shower curtain and into the open air. Not sure why. We had a great time at the Patio Pacific--it was more modern than the write up online said.We were on the ground floor across from the dining room--the room itself was very hip and was all new and a great bathroom. The food was great every morning for breakfast--super fruit and terrific service! Thanks!

This place was awesome! We do not have any complaints whatsoever! The customer service is very reliable and outstanding. The facilities are well maintained and the food is excellent. Try the Patio Pacific Chicken!! It's only a 1min walk to the beach which is good because the location is very peaceful, even the east wing. :)

I loved the hotel and location except that they messed up the reservation and couldnt find the reservation from expedia. they fixed it in 1 hour and great holidays started :)

Отель понравился, отличная цена и высокое качество обслуживания. Очень приветливый персонал. Номер удобный, очень хорошо работал кондиционер, уборка каждый день, все чисто, аккуратно и свежо. Рядом с отелем есть отличный супермаркет и недорогая химчистка. Завтраки были обильные, но однообразные, в конце отдыха на рис смотреть не могла. Детям были предложены […] хлопья 3-х видов с молоком, что нас очень выручило. Очень понравились всегда свежие фрукты и вкусная выпечка. В отеле, точнее на его территории, детям особенно понравился водопад с рыбками и черепахами, а так же купаться в бассейне под открытым небом, бассейн кстати отличный, есть детская зона, джакузи, бесплатно выдаются очки для плаванья. От отеля до пляжа идти 5 минут неспешным шагом, до Д-мола 10 минут. Моя семья осталась очень довольна выбором отеля. Baca selanjutnya

Personnel très agréable et arrangeant, chambre très agréable a 1 minute de la plage de la station 1. Piscine très sympa ouverte tard. Et super accueil. Chambre très propre et agréable.

Хороший отель, очень приветливый персонал. Жили на первом этаже рядом с кафе,по утрам конечно немного шумно, слышно как повара поют песни. В номере не хватает шкафа для вещей, но полочки есть. Убирают каждый день.Больше всего впечатлило то, что в баре цены ниже чем в любом магазине на пляже, так же есть счастливые часы с 18 до 21.На счет тренажерного […] зала, оборудование конечно очень старое, но позаниматься можно, рядом бассейн, джакузи. Все понравилось.Обслуживание, питание, персонал. Единственное что испортило настроение и прибывание это то, что моей внучке (9лет) отказались предоствить бесплатный завтрак.

Hej vi bodde på Patio Pacific närmare 4 veckor i januari 2013. Vi är otroligt nöjda med hotellet. Hotellet låga nära stranden ca 150m, skönt att det inte låg mitt på stranden där alla människor och musik spelades. Personalen var otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma! Vi anlände till hotellet på natten 03.30 ca och incheckningen var inte förräns kl 14.00 […] och dom ordnade ett rum till oss ändå så vi fick "en extra" natt. Frukosten var bra, kocken stod och gjorde omelett med valfria ingridienser. Poolområdet var trevligt med solstolar som man kunde slappa vid efter en dag på stranden. Gymmet brukade vi flitigt varje dag. Rummen var stora och hade AC, duschen hade kunnat renoverats lite då strålen i duschen inte var i bästa laget. Men inget större att klaga på, tog bara lite längre tid och duscha annars allt jätte bra! Fick dock ingen information när vi kom att om något går sönder måste man betala för det. Min sambo halkade vid poolen och ramlade med ett askfat i handen som gick sönder, olyckshändelse. Det fick vi betala 200 Peso och ett paraply som vi ställde utanför rummet då det ösregnade en kväll. Vi ställde 2 där nästa dag fanns bara 1 kvar det ville dom vi skulle betala för men det behövde vi inte tillslut. Det saknade jag att bli informerad om att det var strikt med, vi är gäster? Men annars var allt toppen, vi kommer åka tillbaka till Patio Pacific! :) Baca selanjutnya

飯店人員親切友善,房間也打掃很乾淨, 唯一缺點, 借用飯店設施時, 服務人員好像是看人給的. 例如: 游泳池有提供玩水的"浮力棒". 當泳池有老外借用浮力棒在玩水時,他會借給你, 如果泳池沒有人在玩, 去跟他借, 服務人員會說這東西不能借, 且找一堆理由,就是不借. 飯店設施的服務人員,有待加強訓練.

Selten habe ich an einer Rezeption eine so arrogante und unfreundliche Person angetroffen. Dass sie wohl zur Eigentümerfamilie gehört macht es nicht besser. Die Zimmer im Westflügel sind gut, die im Ostflügel direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. 우선 만족한것은 위치였습니다. 디몰과도 가까운 위치이며 화이트비치와도 가까운 위치에 자리잡고 있습니다. 시내의 정가운데는 아니지만 아무튼 접근성 좋은 위치에 자리잡고 있습니다. 그리고 호텔 직원들도 상당히 친절했습니다. 서비스도 좋았으며 친절히 말을 걸어주는것도 인상에 좋게 남았습니다. 저녁에는 호텔 곳곳에 가드들이 있어 보안과 치안이 잘 되어있다는 느낌을 받았으며 아침 식사도 매우 훌륭한 편은 아니지만 가격대비 이정도면 굳이라고 생각합니다. 그리고 호텔수영장도 너무 예뻐서 제가 좋아하는 장소 중 한곳이었습니다.

We werde n goed ontvangen met een cocktailtje en een kralenkettinkje! Ze hebben meteen onze terugvlucht opgeschreven zodat ze die later konden confirmen. We waren van een delue room naar een suite opgewaardeerd en dat is natuurlijk altijd fijn. Het strand ligt op een minuutje of twee lopen, maar dat is niet erg want dan heb je geen last van het nachtleven. […] Door vloed is er smorgens toch geen strand. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Elke dag veel keuze tussen Aziatisch en westers ontbijt. Verse omeletjes en fruit! Heerlijk! En heel vriendelijk personeel! Zwembad en fitnessruimte ook erg goed! Top! Baca selanjutnya
