Great location close to the action. We also stayed at Koh Samui for a relax. Phuket is great for activities and nightlife, the Kee is right amongst it all but far enough away to escape the night life if you need a quiet one

This hotel is located very centrally in Padong. By this I mean you can hear music until 4AM if you're on the balcony (not a bad thing), and by simply stepping off the hotel grounds you're in the middle of Padong (the seediness, the grittiness, and the clubs). I stayed in the deluxe pool access room, large king size bed modern and clean room. There is a bar in the pool which is easy to get to from your balcony. The hotel is situated pretty much parallel to bangla road and is about a 100m walk to the closest bar anyway. Hotel service is fantastic and it has 24 hour room service.

It's worth e money staying. Me and my hubby had a fantastic experience with, be it e hotel staffs, room or e location. Very good services,the roof top terrace is excellent for a chill out evening,the swimming pool bar is great fun.Avoid the Deluxe rooms (ground floor)-no balcony,only a closed terrace.Pool view rooms are great.

The room was modern and clean, and had a very convenient (smoking) patio where we were able to dry all the diving gear. Had some issue with the A/C but it was fixed the following day. The location is very convenient for drinks/party because it is right next to the bar street, so there is no need to take taxis late at night. I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel and I would reccommend it to anyone! Me and a friend vistited for Christmas vacation and we enjoyed every minute! The location is a walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, and everything.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will stay again anytime!!!

Positives: Great location, on Bangla Road and just a short walk to beach. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, didnt have the noise I thought we would on Bangla. Negatives: The service was not good. Laundry was turned in in the morning and according to their laundry sheet it should have been returned by 6pm, we called and could not understand the […] staff so they told us to call "0", no body knew what happened and said dont worry it will be back by tomorrow. No clean clothes for the night out or for the 7am tour pick up, no problem for them. Tried to order room service on the high tech tv, according to the service it was ordered however when we called to check on it 20 min later we were told that order could not be filled, they are closed. The beds were a little hard, but other then that the kee resort is excellent in pretty much every way. eg location, facilities, service, cleanliness are all awesome. I would definatly stay at the kee resort again in the future.

Had a great time at the Kee. Clean and modern room. Really nice pool with swim up bar. Great atmosphere in the afternoons for happy hour. Service from the staf was always good and friendly. The only small negative was the food. It was nice ok but could have been better. Will definitely stay at The Kee again in the future.

Lovely new hotel, pool and rooms are beautiful, right next to the nightlife of Begali Road. Also, the pool area gets very rawcuss with the folks from Perth drinking from late afternoon at the pool bar. Also, there are hotels in Patong which offer better value for money than this one so I would say look around if your on a budget

Excellent hotel, room fabulous and staff always courteous and helpful, definitely stay there again. Only cautionary word is if you want peace and quiet then get a room on the back of the hotel, not a poolside room!

The first thing that struck us when we stayed at the Kee resort was, quite frankly, awful service. The people at the front desk were chattering and even though they noticed us they continued to chat and made us wait... Wouldn't have been a big deal except they were rude and slow when they finally ended up helping. When we got to the room, the bed was […] undone and a cockroach was hanging out in the bedroom... Not particularly pleasant. Also, there was maintenance going on in one of the buildings so they told us they "upgraded" us, but when I double checked it wasn't an upgrade at all. In other words, I'm pretty sure they blatantly lied to try to make us feel like they were making up for have us put up with construction noise every morning and afternoon. Anyways, this was just a generally unpleasant stay and given there are dozens of other hotels in the area, I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. Baca selanjutnya

I visit Pa Tong quite often and have had the opportunity to stay at several of the 'resorts' on offer. The Kee is my preferred choice due to location, quality and overall pleasing experience. There is very little you can pick on about the resort; the staff are fantastic, the quality of rooms are amazing, the food is great and the price is reasonable […] considering the location and quality of service (not the cheapest on the Island but certainly worth the coin!). The only very small gripe I've ever had is the rotten smell that may waft into your room at the early hours of the morning - generally when it has been raining heavily. For those who have visited Phuket before, you'll know the sewer-like smell I'm talking about and how it's more obvious when it rains. Now, I've only ever experienced this once and for an hour or so. I suggest you bring this to the attention of the staff ASAP and the issue will be resolved swiftly (either by change of room or by other means). I can't count how many times I've stayed at The Kee but I can assure you that it will be the only place I will stay at for all of my future visits. Families, couples, mates etc; everyone is suited to The Kee and I suggest you spend a little extra money and stay with them. For the extra $$$ you'll spend to stay with them, you'll save in Taxi/Tuk Tuk fees and you'll be able to walk everywhere, which is even better as you won't miss a thing! This is the kind of hotel that makes you want to revisit Phuket over and over again. I will be staying here again next time, we hope to retrurn to the beautiful island approximately every 2 years. The decor was stunning, beuatiful interesting pictures on the walls and classy wooden chair! The lighting was awesome also with different options and colours, AND the TV was computer so you could basically do everything on it, ie check the weather, search the web, watch movies and order from the room service menu! Love love love. Thailand is beautiful so don't waste your holiday staying somehwere icky. Also I picked up a bug while there so they helped a lot there with food, pharmacies and towels etc there. Location right in the heart of Patong and thus too loud. Rooms are a bit run down despite such a new resort. My Balcony had views of the rooftops of the buildings next door; hardly call it a view. Just spent a week 2x 30 year olds & a 2 year old. After initially paying for all of us (clearly stated in itineries) we were told we had to pay an extra 500 baht per night for childrens bedding. The rooms were nice & comfortable however when it came to our childs sleep time at 2pm all you could hear from the pool bar was blaring music. This music started […] at 11am & went till 6pm. We weren't comfortable spending any time in the pool. The pool was filled with 18-25 year old that were constantly drinking, wrestling & yelling all day long. I heard them talking about using the pool as a toilet. This wasn't just one group, they turned over constantly. It was a nice touch having the internet connected to the tv. TV issues were that there were not many regular cable channels all other hotels offer, they had been removed. not one movie channel or show channel. The hotel felt the urge to instead put up charge movies at 200b per view. room service cleaned our room 4 of 7 nights & wasnt spotted at all 2 days. The sky deck is gorgeous & breakfast was sufficient. The pool is great albeit it too cold. Dont get me wrong the staff in this hotel were tremendous, i feel that the management is the issue here! The hotel itself is very nice but unless you are an 18-25 year old wanting to get drunk all day i would definitely wide berth the Kee resort! I spent 3 nights here to celebrate my 40th birthday. Before I came to Phuket a friend told me when he celebrated his birthday here in another hotel, the staff surprised him with a birthday cake and song. I wasn't expecting anything, but just had dinner and drinks at their Sky Lounge. The view was nice and food was good, but the waiters and waiteresses […] all looked cold. In the end my friend went out and ordered a birthday cake with candle from the waiter and specificly said we are celebrating an important birthday here. I was imagining the waiters and waitresses would do the same as every other restaurant in every other country I've celebrated birthdays in the past: bring the cake with lit candles and sing happy birthday for me. NO. The waiter brough us the cake, with no candle. My friend said, we ordered candle too. The waitress came back, with a candle (not lit), and a lighter, and asked: is this what you wanted? She looked totally clueless as if she's never seen anyone celebrating birthdays. I got quite upset as the moment got ruined completely. Later when checking out, I wrote comments on the survey card and handed it to the manager at the front desk, and explained to her about what happened and I was not very happy about it. She, too, looked cold and indifferent, and simply asked: did you tell them you were celebrating a birthday? And said nothing else to make me feel any better. SO PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE CELEBRATING ANYTHING! ACTUALLY, DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL! Baca selanjutnya

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Bangla Road where all the nightlife is and yet reasonably secluded to get away from it all. It is also within short walking distance to Patong beach. I had a Jacuzzi suite and overall the room was comfy. Internet is free but wireless connection in the hotel doesn't always work very well. As a seasoned […] traveler I always carry my own wireless router and hook it up to Ethernet port in the room for better connection. I do have complaints of the mosquitoes and the cleanliness of the room however (bed sheet had stains on it and the floor wasn't squeaky clean), but I wasn't in the room enough to be bothered. There are plenty of things to do in Phuket and if you find yourself stuck in the room you're doing it wrong. Food wise, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby (although the price is not cheap when compared to the ones in Phuket town) with variety of local Thai and Western cuisines. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. The rooftop lounge is awesome but they do not do enough to promote it. Overall this is an excellent hotel. I recently stayed at The Kee for 5 nights and found the staff to be VERY rude. After asking a worker where the butter was duting breakfest she rudely pointed and shouted "THERE" and continued to take in thai to another worker, presumebly about me asking for butter. Also the pool bar staff were very rude and unprofessional, I ordered happy hour drinks […] at 5pm but was told it had finished (3.30 - 5pm), I ordered regardless only to be thanked with a look of disgust on the waiters face. Our experience overall was great. The pool bar was great although we did notice the Happy Hour cocktails were 1/2 -2/3 the size of the regular time cocktails. The cocktail list was great & we had plenty to choose from. The hotel was always kept clean & the staff always friendly. The Skylounge was fabulous & we had the most beautiful views of the sunset […] although we felt it was totally under-utilised by the patrons of the hotel. Each night we were up there (6 out of 8 nights) there were only a few people around. The hotel should do more to encourage the patrons to experience the location. We met a few people from other hotels who were told about the Skylounge & they were envious of our facilities & the magnificent view.. The breakfast buffet was good & had the majority of the basic western brekkie items along with plenty of asian foods also. We absolutely loved that the entrance to the hotel was away from the main street (50metres) & away from the shops and throng of people. We need only walk a minute to the street where we found all the shopping, massages & tuk tuk we could need. Although this was all so close we still felt we were far enough removed that we could enjoy our hotel without feeling harassed. The rooms were ample size & kept clean & tidy at all times. The language barrier was sometimes tough & the hotel could do with some better English speaking staff - particularly at check in & answering phones. The hotel is very well located, but the staff don't speak english very well, which can make dealing with them extremely frustrating. The first night we were told the hotel was fully booked, and instead of our 2 single beds, we would have a king size room. This did not bother us, but the room was on the other side of the hotel. There were many staircases […] to go up and down to get there. There were 2 windows in the bathroom, one to the rest of the room, the other to the street. There was no curtain or anything to cover the window, which is creepy. The room is also close to the beach, where fireworks are let off every hour, making it impossible to sleep. The tv channels on offer aren't great. We complained to the staff about the room and was moved to the other side of the hotel which had a lift, and much better room. I left my camera in the taxi service they use in the lobby, and they got it back, but it did take four times for the staff to understand. There was also stains always on the new towels each day. But the hotel is located between the shops and beach, the pool is nice. I would stay there again, but learn basic Thai first. Baca selanjutnya
