Quiet for a BnB - not much noise from above or next door. CONS: Room run down. Bed was uncomfortable (room 14). Fridge stank of sour milk. Room was musty. Vines growing through the screen […] so window couldn't fully close, and spiders were living inside window area. Use of laundry is not free (listing did not indicate this).
