Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shijo - Kyoto

We loved this hotel. We booked a double room and it was massive compared to the Japanese standards. Everything was very clean, the staff members were helpful , the location was good.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very large and the hotel had a complimentary bath house on the first floor. It was nice to relax in the baths after a long day of sightseeing. The employees were very helpful and spoke very good english.

The Mitsui Garden Hotel in Kyoto is in a great location - less than 15 minutes walking from Shijo Castle, and about 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. The hotel is very clean and the service provided is top-notch. The breakfast buffet provided great variety and quality, while the room was very comfortable. There is also a great place for burgers […] with a Japanese twist right across the street, and a small bakery right next door. I stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shijo in March and found it to be a lovely hotel and definitely value for money. The single room was nice, clean and enough space for one person. The onsen off the lobby was a wonderful experience. It was easy to find and a convenient location to get to see the sights of Kyoto, however there wasn't a huge amount […] directly around the hotel. The only problem I had was that my smart phone couldn't pick up the wifi in the lobby and the staff person I spoke to at reception didn't know what to do. Polite staff (as always in Japan), clean and good quality. Location not optimal for attractions but close to buses, restaurants etc and ok neighbourhood. The hotel "spa" is small, very popular and makes and interesting cultural experience. (Asian social washing rituals together with the other hotel guests.). The hotel rates are good for the quality that you get. Our room was pretty simple and relatively small, but much bigger than a room I had in Tokyo for a higher price. Less than 1-min walk for bus stop. A few convenience stores around. Quiet neighbourhood that gives me a good time to relax and take rest. Reasonable price. The free public bath is definitely an attraction!

It was my 1st time to stay in this hotel. This hotel is very modern and include "onsen" which was very unexpected. The parking fee was a bit expensive and cost 2000Yen/night but i think it would be better to go there by public transportation because it seems not easy to access.

Staff don't speak English readily, but do their best. Asked for travel adapter but they never seemed to have one. Rooms dont have a safe. It's worth giving the lobby bath and massage chairs a go. I was glad we got a taxi from Kyoto train station (about 1200 yen) rather than using underground when arriving with luggage as station had no lift and a bit […] of a walk when pulling suit cases. The hotel was good for the price we paid. I stayed with two friends in a triple room. There was not much room left with the three beds in the room but we were comfortable. The hotel staff was very polite and professional. Not all the staff spoke English but we were able to communicate with them without problems. The hotel also offered bicycles for rent […] which we used for sight seeing. The city is small and most of the temples and shrines in the area were easily accessible by bike. 年始につかったのですが、綺麗でフロントのかたの対応が良かったです。 またチェックアウトが11時だったのでゆっくりできました。

今回、セミダブル15㎡部屋を予約しました。 しかし、チェックインして部屋に入ってみたら、ベットサイズが120CMのシングルルームでした。 はっきり言って、シングルルームだたら予約しなかったのに・・・・。 当然、ベットサイズが120CMに二人で寝るのは、無理でまったく眠れませんでした。 今後、二人で予約する方は止めた方がいいと思います。

交通方便，靠近公車站牌：京都四条西洞院，下車後只要走2分鐘就到了，房間內部空間寬大，但是廁所在內部時會感覺到搖晃的感覺。

共同の浴場があることは、旅の疲れも取れて良かった。しかし、宿泊者数に対して、洗い場が少なく、裸のまま順番待ちとなるのはつらかった。

予想以上に綺麗で広いお部屋だったので大変満足しております。早めの予約だとかなりお得ですね。

京都四条ということで立地はとてもよかったです。 ぶらりとするのに便利でした。 家族で宿泊しました。 トリプルのエキストラベッドはエキストラベッドと思えないほど普通の良いベッドでした。ゆったりと休めてよかったです。 ガーデン浴場が魅力的でここのホテルをとりましたが、 利用者がいっぱいで、ゆったりと入るというわけにはいきませんでした。入浴客同士、気遣いしながら入っていました。みなさん同じ思いだと思います。 宿泊時期的に仕方なかったです。 チェックイン前に到着して、荷物をフロントで預かってもらいました。チェックイン時にはてっきり部屋に入れてあると思いきや、フロントで渡されてしまい、買い物した荷物とであたふたしてしまいました。 お客の状況を見てよ～と思いました。 感じのよいフロントの方だったの […] ですが、臨機応変ができないのかな？などと感じました。 ガーデン浴場、フロントの荷物対応はほんの少し残念でしたが、それ以外はとても良いホテルだったと思います。京都に行くときにはまた泊っても良いと思います。 Baca selanjutnya
