Such a lovely place! Room is stylish, bedding is comfortable, and staff is extremely helpful. Location is also perfect: walking distance to both old town and business district. I only had a one night stay in Stockholm, wish to come back soon!

The atrium lounge is a must-see "room". Bedrooms are typically Swedish-small-but-just-big-enough, but everything was very comfortable and in good order - superb shower. Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. This will be my preferred hotel for Stockholm from now on, good central location, and reasonable value as well. very nice people but i wonder who declares this a 5 star hotel? It was fine, but it was not on the level of a Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, InterContinental or Mandarin Oriental. I know, "it's Europe", and this is a perfectly nice hotel, but it is literally over-rated.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, walking distance to most Stockholm attractions, and streetcar stops in front of hotel. beautiful interior, lounge, atrium, bar. Close to shopping, restaurants, waterfront. Only downside is room was a bit small. Overall, would highly recommend it.

Something a bit special. I changed from Clarion Sign to Nobis at the last moment and very glad I did! Good service and location, we were happy to pay extra for a super breakfast in a beautiful setting. Several types of bread, fruit juices, fruit platter, sliced cheeses, hams, salads, pancakes, boiled eggs, omlettes, porridge. I had an upset stomach […] and the dining staff obliged me with some bananas which aren't normally served. We had a deluxe room on 5th floor which was exactly as shown on the website. No drawers, not even at bedside, but for our 3 nights, we coped. Air con was blowy resulting in dry mouth syndrome during the night. Ipod dock but no DVD player. And yes, the lift is slow but it didn't detract from a lovely experience. Baca selanjutnya

There is no denying that this hotel is designed beautifully, but unfortunately it is at the expense of any practicality. I travel frequently on business and was on a week-long trip across Scandinavia. I had hoped this hotel would be the best on our trip given it's hefty room prices, but unfortunately it just wasnt. I can live with small rooms, as […] you come to expect them in cities such as Stockholm and London. But it is for this reason that it is all the more important that the fittings, furniture and interior needs to be as practical and ergonomic as possible. I found myself getting so annoyed with the details in the room that it began to spoil the experience. And for this reason I cannot give it a high rating. List of annoyances: 1) The wardrobe had almost no space for hanging clothing and only 2 coat-hangers. My boss had a similar room and had to hang his suit jackets and shirts over the shower and bathroom doors. 2) Desk was small and the chair couldn't even sit flat on the ground as a very tall rug was placed in the way with the chair half-on it and half off. That meant I had to sit on a slant which is not comfortable. Desk space is also wasted by a book all about the hotel's design which is offered on sale for GBP 25. That actually made me angry as that is just pure arrogance when the design clearly doesn't work and was spoiling my stay. 3) There is a beautiful porcelain wash basin with motif. BUT the moment you run the tap, the water splashes all over the place!! 4) The bathroom has plenty of wall space, but a tiny shelf which is not big enough to place your toiletries. I had to put my toiletry bag on the floor. Grrrr. 5) Shower head is so tall (and I am not). Every morning, the housekeeping staff took down the shower head and placed in a low holder, but in order to have a shower you have to place the shower head back in it's normal position above your head - which I couldn't reach easily. Very stylish, I dont know how long its been open but everything seemed brand new. Apple Macs at check-in etc. You can borrow an ipad on request. I had a single room on the top floor. Small but they fitted a queen sized bed in it. Very nice bathroom with powerful shower. It was less expensive last minute than the Radisson Blus and much better quality, […] but expect prices to ramp up as it gets a name for itself. I didnt try room service. A glance at the price of the starters decided that. Dont expect to eat for less than £50, though this may be the norm now in Stockholm. Its not a cheap city. The restaurant that I glanced into seemed of very high quality. Nice bar, with a good looking sophisticated crowd. Only downside is the nightclub that pumps music out till 4am across the square. It didnt bother me but noise sensitive guests should ask for a room that doesnt overlook it. Apparently this hotel used to be the bank where the 'stockholm syndrome' was first recognised. i really loved most things about this hotel. it was very well designed, super friendly staff, good food, great location near amazing shopping, dining and clubs.......but a few kinks. there are no ipod docks in the room which is kinda a big deal to me. the website clains each room has a dock and there is not a single one in the hotel. i called 3 times […] to the front desk about it and no one ever got back to me. also the tv service stopped and the only thing they offered me was to switch rooms and that was too much hassle. they never sent anyone up to see what the problem was. so the staff is super friendly, but if you really need something, you may be on your own. overall though, i'd recommend it just for the chic decor, good food and comfy rooms. This hotel is clean, hip, and in a GREAT location (and oh so close to a T-Bana Metro stop). I'm not sure if my parents would like staying here, but if you're under 50 you'll find it pretty cool. Best of all it was reasonably priced.

The room was very nice but a litle small and the wardroble was too small . Impossible to use the shelves over the refrigerator, everything get hot because there is no ventilation, so the safe deposit box get warm and so do everything you put inside, and the other part is too small ,so no place to put your clothes in the room which is also small.If they […] can solve this problem the Hotel would be perfect. Hotel is cool, but not very traditional, meaning entrance and corridors much narrower and less embracing than you are used to in upscale hotels. decoration is modern and cool, staff friendly. though, someone was rebuilding the business beneath my room, so I could not sleep, and by telling the front desk, and even emailing afterwards, hotel offered nothing. […] it was not really their fault, just staff in a well run hotel would have made an effort anyway. super location for nightlife and shopping + sthlm tourism. God service, bra treningsrom. Skjønner prispolycien til hotellet, men det er greiest at frokost er inkludert. Ikke uvanlig at frokost er høyt priset, men 175 SEK er litt stivt.

Hotellet har hög svansföring men levererar tunt. "Fitnessavdelningen" var ett litet rum utan fönster och utan AC som knappast är värt att kallas Fitness. Frukostbuffen lämnade mkt att önska. Dåligt urval och dessutom var det mesta slut redan runt kl 8.30. Läget är bra och rummen är fina men helhetsupplevelsen är inte bra.

Meget venligt personale og generelt en god stemning i hotelbaren og loungen. Man fornemmer at dette er et sted, hvor lokale stockholmere også nyder at komme pga. maden/stemningen. Generelt vil jeg bruge følgende ord om værelserne - nyt, rent og fint. Godt fitnessrum.

Sehr stilvolles und durchdesigntes Hotel allerdings wird der Standard im Deluxe Zimmer nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel gerecht. Aber im grossen und ganzen würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Reception gibt sehr gute Tips wo man gut essen kann. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen.

Hotellet är trevligt men inte i förhållande till vad det kostar. Man hade önskat någon typ av guldkant. Frukosten var medelmåttig, inget kändes fantastiskt vilket man konnat förvänta sig med de rumspriserna.

Beste beliggenhet. Små rom. Altfor lite belysning på rommene. Bråk og høy musikk i bar/lounge området.

Vi trivdes bra, allt var till belåtenhet. Det säger kanske en hel del när det ända vi kunde klaga på var vattentrycket i badrumshandfatet. Det var en arkitekt som hade bestämt att man skulle ha ett fat med en massa hål i i handfatet, därför gick det inte att tvätta händerna. Annars är vi jätte nöjda.

Det saknades en sänglampa dvs fanns ingen glödlampa alls:-( toaletten hängde på snedden ...fungerade fullt ut men obekvämt att sitta på:-( Den kväll (en av tre) jag skulle äta på hotellet var restaurangen bokad:-( Tyckte frukosten var liten och jag saknade ägg och bacon vilket är min stående frukost! Personalens engagemang, intresse för gästen och servicen är bland det bästa jag har upplevt under den weekend vi bodde på hotellet. Oöverträffat bland landets hotell. Lika bra var maten! I badrummet var flera takspottar trasiga och det fanns bara en duschhandduk när vi kom. Trångt rum med bara en fåtölj. Är man fler får man sitta på skrivbordsstolen […] eller på sängen. Trångt runt sängen. Konstigt då det skulle vara ett Superior-rum? Kanske för att det var handikappanpassat men då borde det ha varit ännu större! Baca selanjutnya

This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The design by local architects Claessen Koivistu Rune was not only beautiful and a pleasure to be in but very comfortable and well thought out.
