Rooms were poorly kept, facilities are outdated. Brown water....enough said. When you stay at a place where you don't want to get into the sheets, walk on the carpet without shoes or even shower, bad news. They charged me 100$, absolutely ridiculous.

The bathroom was filthy, dirty floor and shower walls. The bed skirt was badly torn. The bed was not a queen as booked, only a double. The TV kept turning itself on and off.

We were quite disappointed in the condition/maintenance of the room. It was supposed to be non-smoking but the smell of smoke was very prominent in the room. The bathroom floor was not very clean and the lights over the mirror and the heater did not work. The rug in the main room was in need of replacement. The towels were of poor quality and the bedspreads […] needed to be replaced. The staff were friendly and the restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The room was clean but the heat was not on when we arrived; it being November the room was freezing. We went out for supper and even though we had turned on the heater the room was still very cold, I keep my house at 19C which is not overly hot so I don't mind cool. The halls and front office reeked of cigarette smoke, since we have a no smoking policy […] which has been in effect for years it probably means that the rugs haven't been replaced or no painting has been done in a long while. The heater also emitted the smell of cigarette smoke into our room. The girl at the front desk accommodated us by giving us an extra comforter when we asked for a blanket which was nice. so the hotel is set up like a hotel where you park in front of your room and just walk in the door so i do that and you can't do that you must go in an entrance at the far end. The rooms were okay no real problems until I tried to sleep what a ridiculously unconfortable bed.

The photos do not represent the state that the room was in , also , the bathroom was in general an eyesore from the tap that fell off the shower to the sink covered in old dried up silicone . In general , the next time if i have a choice between going back there or sleeping in my car , I'll take the car .

We received exactly what was expected in the price, location, etc. of the Room we stayed. Room was clean, and was spotless when we came back on our second night of stay.

The hotel is run down and dark . The furniture is old, the lighting is bad in the rooms. Too expensive for what you get. A seventies room. Good mattress. Bad pillows. Inconvenient entrance. No safety lock on room door. BUT good service and a great breakfast!

we just needed a hotel to spend the night while traveling through and this one fit the bill. room was clean and neat, but did have a bit of a funny smell to it (maybe stale smoke?). No hairdryer in bathroom, but there was one available at the front desk.Needed help to learn to operate TV (must use 2 remotes!) but we didn't watch much anyway.No in-room […] coffee, but again there was availability at their restaurant, no charge. Bare bones motel, but easily the cheapest in town. For our needs it was fine. Staff was very efficient and responsive. The condition of the motel was much lower than I though it was going to be It was in disrepair,dirty and the internet picture was either several years old or doctored I will be reluctant to use Hotels,com again if this is typical of the hotels they book

Rooms very old and need refurb. Bathroom was old, missing tap dial on bathtub (had to manipulate to get proper water temperature), no hairdryer available. The most troublesome was the noise of the airconditioner, it was hot and we needed the air, but the noise was crazy, it woke me up each time it started/stopped.

I stayed here for one reason, it was cheap. The bed as ok. The shower was hot, and the tv and a/c worked.But most importantly, it was cheap!

It was ok. I will use the room again if I return to area. Friendly staff. Thought it would be cheaper for 2 beds...Door to room should be more secure. Although area seems to be a safe area. No coffee or tea or kettle.

Although it is in a good location, being a pet friendly motel they charged me a large rate for my dog to stay as well.Half of the lighting and wall plugs did not work.They had a power bar hanging on the wall for the tv.,fridge, light, and microwave to run on.The fridge and microwave were not cleaned for a while.The toilet paper did not have a holder,and […] there was only two hand towels on hand to use.the filth of the bathroom was worse than any portable toilets i have been in.There was scum all around the tub and walls as my wife used soom Mean Green to clean it before we used it. As the water would not drain properly i used a plastic fork to clean the drain of hair and debri the size of a mouse.If I had not made the mistake of booking too late and there not being any other rooms with two beds available, I would not have stayed there at all.Being said that this is the worst motel of my 50 years of travel, and I have traveled all through Canada, the states,the middle east England, and Holland.There is more but this should be enough to get the picture. The room was outdated and dirty, there was a hole the size of a lemon in the bathroom sink which was also plugged--every time the toilet was flushed the sink would regurgitate some disgusting stuff. The duvet had burn holes in it and what looked like a blood stain on it, the fridge was dented,dirty and in need of repair. The shower was so dirty that […] neither my wife nor I would risk using it in the morning, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the hinges on the door were broken so you couldn't even close the bathroom door. It was not worth a minimal amount let alone the amount we were charged--you would be much better off shelling out an extra $20 to stay somewhere else--I wish I had known ahead of time so that I could have steered clear of this place. Photos of rooms were very misleading appearing to have been recently redecorated. In fact my room was quite dingy with cigarette burns in the comforter. The hallway also reeked of gigarette smoke and was poorly lit. Furniture in the room was old and very scuffed up, wireless internet service was intermittent and the bathtub was disgusting.

I ended up their last minute, late (9 PM) with my wife and two young kids. Since it's a Motel, my expectation where not too high but… First of all, I had to wait for 8 minutes at the door for the sleeping attendant to unlock the door and provide me with the key. Once in the room there was some hair on the some furniture, the air conditioning was noisy […] and defective. But the worst of all, the bathroom… The sink’s countertop had been cut with what looked like a Skill saw to be able to fit the toilet next to it (watch yourself for the splitter on your shoulders). The dripping water in the “rust-stained” bath was full of hair (pubic hair included). Honestly the only clean part of the room was the beds sheets… Bad, bad, bad experience… Never, ever again… Baca selanjutnya

Despite previous negative reviews I was very impressed! It is after all a 2 Star rated hotel, but, I found it very clean and very comfortable. Stayed in Belleville for 5 nights and found it to be incredibly affordable as well. The staff on the front desk were amiable and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and very thorough. The Restaurant […] off the lobby was very good. It served amazing breakfasts (managed to sample four days worth) and the lunch menu looked full and tasty. The wait staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient at their jobs. Everyone working on site seemy.ed informed about the events going on in the city. I would suggest if you want inexpensive and you recognise effective and efficient staff and can handle the bare essentials (i.e. no pool, no bar, no entertainment room etc.) this is the place for you! If you need a simple place to crash with no frills it's ok. For the price I paid it was to much. I've had better. There was no breakfast included. I've stayed in other places for the same price with breakfast. I would try and get someplace else before I went here again. Everything else was sold out so I didn't have options.

We were on a long weekend trip to the quinte and Sandbanks areas. This motel is close to the HWY 401, near a number of restaurants, and very convenient to stay in. The rooms were reasonably large, clean, and comfortable. This is basic accomodation for people just looking for a place to sleep and shower in.

This motel is a complete dump! So outdated and filthy. Bathroom fixtures falling apart, lights that didnt work, holes in walls, ceiling tiles with open spots, rust on the shower rod, shower pull loose and almost falling out of the wall, toilet seat old, scratched and peeling. Heat in my room did not work at all, stone cold and it was a cold february […] night during my stay! Baseboard heater in bathroom was just sitting there, non-functional. There was only about maybe a dozen rooms being used that date but they bunched us all together instead of spreading us out a bit and some partiers in one or two of the rooms kept everyone else awake with their noise all night. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. When i tried to tell the lady at desk about my heat not working she basically called me a liar, didn't try to do anything about it and refused to give any money back to any of us who complained about having no heat/and or the noise problem with some of their room clients. Absolutely appalling way to conduct business. I will never stay there again and will be warning everyone i know to stay away from MOTEL HELL!! Baca selanjutnya

Good if looking for inexpensive 1-night no-frills accommodation; i.e. no pool. Clean. Large comfortable beds. Restaurant not open for dinner - but lots of selection nearby. Heating difficult to control as older system.

Si dormir et vous laver est le but de votre séjour à cette hôtel, c'est parfait. Si vous aimez profiter de l'hôtel, allez ailleurs. C'est propre, bien tenu mais très standard. Amplement satisfaite pour le prix.
