"Nice hotel but bad shuttle service."
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much with the exception of the shuttle service. Example: shuttle does not run between 1:00pm-5:00pm. This hotel is given 21/2 stars when it is clearly a strong 3 star.

Very comfortable room. Very friendly and courteous people attending the front desk, as well as the dining area. Great breakfast.
"Close to Austin Airport"
Very new motel so everything was clean and modern. Desk help was very friendly. Free breakfast was adequate with eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles, toast, and yogurt available. Not much to walk to as far as surrounding area as this is along a main highway with only other motels within safe walking distance.
"1st trip to Austin"
This hotel was very clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and nice to get under your belt before trekking into town. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is approx 10 to 15 min from 6th street area but an easy drive. Would definately stay again if in the area.

Good quality hotel - what you would expect from a chain like Best Western. Very nice room - big comfy beds, air con, flat screen TV. Good bathroom. Would recommend it. Pool (outdoor) was shut when we stayed, but it was March so not unreasonable that it should be. Close to the airport, but quite a long way from downtown. Pretty new hotel so everything was new and fresh. Really enjoyed the separate sitting area with the couch and chair. Would definitely stay at this location again.

I booked this hotel last minute due to a canceled flight. I was REALLY impressed, great hotel for the price! It is a new hotel, the room was VERY clean and spacious, with a sitting area. Super comfy king size bed, with soft pillows and clean white sheets and comforter. The room had a large flat screen tv and the air conditioner worked great! The desk […] service was ok, nothing special.. didn't have much of the breakfast but it looked like a full spread. The coffee was fresh and the airport shuttle was on time. "Convenient to Austin Airport"
I stayed at the hotel before a very early morning flight. It was minutes from the airport and a reasonable cost given its proximity to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the pillows. They were so overstuffed I felt like I was sleeping on a sharp angle because there was no give to the pillow. Would have appreciated […] an option for a softer pillow. I found the room to be rather noisy in that I could hear other guests coming and going and parking lot noises. It eventually quieted down but I was then awoken by other guests preparing for an early departure. The staff was friendly and helpful. I left before the complimentary breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I found the hotel to be adequate for a quick nights sleep before my flight but am not sure I would want to stay there for any length of time because it is not really convenient to much else in the Austin area. The hotel was as nice as a 4 star hotel. Everything was updated and looked great. The price was right. The bed were clean and comfy. I checked out at 2PM the next day due to Austin night life and they didn't charge me anything extra. Love the complimentary breakfast but too bad it ends at 9:30. Very impressed by this hotel, especially the room itself which was a good size, comfortable and clean, and very nicely decorated in a contemporary style - would have been a nice room and good value even at twice the price! And the bed is worth a special mention, being very large and very comfortable. The location is convenient for the airport and the […] highway network, without suffering from too much noise (I heard a couple of very loud planes overhead, but nothing too drastic). You definitely need wheels, though, as there's nothing in the immediate vicinity. OK, some of the things advertised weren't there (I couldn't find any 'laptop compatible' in-room safe, the view was of the parking lot and not of the city & pool, and the TV wasn't quite as big as promised), but I didn't care, as the experience was otherwise very positive indeed. This is a very nice Best Western. The room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the little sitting/reading nooks on the third floor ... with a chaise lounge by the window. We picked this hotel to: a) get away from the horrible other hotel we booked, and b) be close to the airport for our early-morning flight home. This hotel was perfect on both counts. Really nice for a best western, everything was brand new and looked really modern, shuttle to and from the airport even at 11:30 pm (you just have to call the front desk). Good location, close to the airport, would stay here again if in Austin. A pleasant surprise - very nicely decorated, spacious room that was like new and quite clean. The hotel is close to the airport, but back a ways from the main street, so it is more quiet than many hotels. The breakfast (included) was better than average. The staff was helpful. Can't think of a single negative, and I would heartily recommend it.

Appeared to be brand new . walls a little thin but clean and comfortable. Good cont. breakfast. Good location for us,however you would not want to walk the block over to starbucks. Overall good value for the money.

Other than a shotty coffee pot and a door off the hinges, this was, by far, the nicest and most comfortable I've ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Nice Hotel for the Price!"
The hotel was really nice. Almost brand new. We had a great room and the location wasn't bad. Near the airport and not too far of a drive to downtown Austin or South Congress. Great if you have a car, not so good if you don't.

Upon arrival front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and furnishings were in excellent condition with contemporary style decor which was very visually appealing. I enjoyed my stay here. No real complaint; people at front desk weren't very friendly and the neighborhood is crawling with transients and some sketchy looking teenagers. I probably wouldn't take kids here. But it is nice and clean with a good free breakfast.

Nice, clean, convenient hotel. Non-smoking room, smelled like smoke at first, but after running the air for awhile, the smell was gone. Did not hear the air traffic in the area. Would stay there again.
