"Nice trip!!"
It's really near the airport, room is clean and confortable. The breakfast does not have many choice, and no dinner buffet which is a little bit disappointed! The beach is nice and the swimming pool can see the nice sunset!! Really good!! As we drive ourselves so the position of hotel not a really big problem for us. "great value for money"
we hd a wonderful stay in Four Points. it is jst 4mins walking distance from the airport and if you have a bike, every other place around it is easily accessible. the star attraction of the hotel is of course the 'infinity pool' which extends into the ocean. the staff is very helpful and warm, they try their best to make u feel comfortable and help […] you with taxis and other requrements. food is nice though dinner and breakfast menu can have some more options. rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities required. the only thing missing was a 'swim up bar' next to the pool or a small dj console/club which can be icing on the cake for this hotel. overall a very good experience and we will be only staying with Four Points whenver we visit Langkawi :) Baca selanjutnya
Quite disappointed with the room air-cond , was roar thru the day and night (never stay at such noisy room) and yet the standing shower was overflow until the whole toilet flood.... . And so many mosquitoes.. . . The breakfast servred soft bun .. But all buns are like hard stone ... Nice look but Bad taste... On the mosquito issues, please rest assured that regular pest control exercise is conducted within the resort surroundings and mosquito repellents/spray are made available for guests use. The hotel environment is great and relaxing , but only a bit far away from the shopping and dinning areas. The swimming pool is clean and big. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thanks a lot.

"Fantastic Place to Stay Near the Airport"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It had an amazing pool looking out onto the sea. Breakfast was great that had both Malaysian and European food. The lady behind the reception was exceptional. Her English was exceptional. We would recommend this hotel, especially if you hire a car and drive around the island.

The Hotel is right on the beach. We were upgraded to their suite (of course at an extra cost) which was absolutely awesome.

The hotel is new, is a nice place to stay, breakfast is good, but i got many problems with this hotel. When I arrived to the hotel my rooms wasn't ready, we have to wait for two hours to be done, i have to ask them about my room, not just me but many people were waiting for the room. So when they gave me my key room just gave me one but i reservate […] two rooms, so We have to wait almost 30 minutes more, and the manager offer me another room, because the rooms i reservate weren7t availables, he gave us a coupon dinner as a apologize, so I accept. At the night we were for dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, food wasn't good, not too many options, restaurant attention wasn't good, we have to look for a waitress for a table even in the breakfast. So the manager told me to wait one day for the room I choose to stay, but they didn't have the room even the second day, so I was so desappointent, really need a lot of improve. The last night i stayed was new year, we chose the Gala dinner, well I didn't have any problem that night, i like the gala dinner at the beach it was so nice. Even with this problem I recomend this hotel because I see that they are doing their best but I thing they need more staff. the waitress, waiters, reception staff, are the same in the morning and in the night. I recently stayed at the Four points Sheraton in Langkawi, Malaysia.....total disappointment!! It began from the time of check- the room was not ready for 4 hours after we were checked in as they had to be cleaned!! And we weren`t the only guests who were waiting for their rooms either.... there were several others too. The room was way overpriced- […] the service was terrible; the hotel was inadequately staffed and disorganised, the food was below average and the New Year`s Party they hosted was LAME!!! "Four Points by Sheraton Langkawi Resort- not good"
This is my first review of a hotel on Tripadvisor as I felt I just needed to warn other people booking this hotel. Arrived one hour before check-in at 3pm, was told that the room wasn't ready. Not a problem so just mooched around till 3pm. Went back to the front desk to be told the room still wasn't ready...not a problem again, me - "could you tell […] me how soon it will be ready?" receptionist- "no, sorry" me - "30 mins, 1 more hour?" receptionist - "no idea, sorry" me - "you're telling me you have no idea when I can check into my room?" receptionist - "yes, we are verry sorry" me - "what am I supposed to do then? I need to freshen up? change clothes...?" receptionist - "[silence].......sorry" The reason given was that the bedsheets were at the laundary and they had no idea when they would return. I asked if they had anuy inkling and the answer back was, yes you guessed it, 'don't know'. 45 mins later, was told the room was ready. Room was not very clean. Some water had leaked some time before and had left dried stains on the floor and was generally dusty and lots of mosquitos. The plus points were that the breakfast was nice and in an open dining area if you wanted to sit outside. Pool was brilliant and beach was nice too. That being said, service and response fron staff was well below what I was expecting. The person I dealt with 'Mohammed', was very nice but at the end of the day, nice doesn't do anything if it's not backed up with results to issues, problems. I REALLY wouldn't recommend this hotel until they improve on not only their Customer Service but also the delivery of results to queries/issues/problems. I could be one of the few people who experienced problems here and I could be theunfortunate 10% that have issues but with Tripadvicor, I also go by a 10% rule. If there are 10 latest reviews and there is one negative one, I put this down to bad luck for that person as not every stay will be perfect. "Not good enough."
We had a room for 5 nights, and sad to say there are far more negatives than positives overall. Service is just terrible for the most part, though individually some staff were excellent. Check-in process was arduous and chaotic. Their stated check-in time was 3pm, and as I had arrived at close to 2pm they said they would call me when the room was ready. […] We then left in search of food nearby. By the time we finished eating it was close to 4pm, and when I asked about my room, I was met with blank stares as no one could seem to find any record that I had checked in earlier. Eventually, they managed to find a stack of key cards somewhere on their desk of people who had checked in but had not been assigned rooms. The room we had was very large, and would have been great except for the evidence of rushed construction everywhere. The sliding wardrobe doors were covered in dirty hand prints, and misaligned themselves often, which meant we had to lift and realign then along the tracks. There were cracks, chips and nicks all over the built-in furniture despite the property having been recently refurbished. A chipped corner of the glass top for the bedside table caused a long cut to my partner's leg. The curtains were hung in reverse, with the sheer curtain on inside, instead of behind the blackouts. The bathrooms were very spacious and new, but again, terrible construction quality. The pop-up wash basin plug never worked properly (tended to stay plugged despite repeated attempts to open it to drain the basin). We ended up unscrewing the plug altogether. Tried going to their coffeehouse the next morning for a drink and a bite to eat, but their staff were too busy appearing busy to greet us. We then walked up to the bar counter and asked for a table, upon which we were told to 'relax, take your time, you are on holiday'. Nice hotel, close to nearby attractive location, and very convenient....the only problem is the hotel room is full of mosquitoes
The bed is as comfort as the room's name but i would be happier if breakfast is included...

The hotel is not ready to customer. The services is not meet 4 star hotels. The condition of the corridor and lift is bad. Its dirty and lot of construction mark on it. The beach is also very bad.

This hotel is very close to Langkawi AirPort but its a little fa from tourlist Center. İt has a very good Pool nice rooms.
"friendly staff and comfortable room"
i stayed comfort room. the room is modern and small furniture is cute and colerful. i recommend swimming pool. its located just in front of the beach and feel like i am in the sea. there are beach sofas and guests can relax. staff are very helpful and kind. we need to take taxi to go to pantai chenang but except for it i def recommend this hotel.
呢間酒店如果有車入住會好d,因為附近都唔會有野買同有野食...環境一流,如果冇車就最好買定d野入去,如果唔係就要搭的士出去..同埋一樣野酒店食野唔貴,味道都唔錯
"Bon hôtel"
Hôtel à 10mn en taxi des restaurants et du centre "touristique". Piscine a debordement immense donnant directement sur la plage (qui est infesté de crabe donc impossible de se baigné). Sinon personnel très gentil, un peu lent en restauration. Le seul bémol c'est que la chambre étais infesté de moustique, on nous a gentillement répondu que nous étions […] en basse saison et que cela étais normal???! Ils ont envoyé un agent pour mettre un spray anti moustique très efficace car nous avions trouvez les cadavres partout dans la chambre... Mais bon à part certaine chose à revoir niveau qualité et confort nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Baca selanjutnya

Hotellet er nyt, så mange ting er fint vedligeholdt osv. Designet er meget minimalistisk - tenderende til upersonligt og sterilt. Restauranten minder mest af alt om en kantine, og er ikke særlig hyggelig. Dog er maden god, men menukortet begrænset. Lækker og stor pool. Omgivelserne rund om hotellet er ikke i top. Der er 10-15 taxakørsel til byen, udsigten […] over havet er ødelagt af en mole af en slags og naboerne er hhv en byggeplads og en form for lagerhal. "兰卡威的福鹏喜来登酒店"
此酒店和他们的五星级酒店落差太大了,就是一个收购别人酒店再翻新的酒店,本人觉得像三星级酒店。此酒店用烟雾杀蚊子没有贴公告通知住客,且烟雾太大令火警铃响了,我们看见浓烟还以为发生火警,跑到楼下问出的解释是在测试火警系统,结果我们发现是杀蚊子的浓烟令火警铃响了,虚惊一场。此酒店离机场很近,开车五分钟不到。离市中心比较远,开车需要20分钟左右(会路的情况下)

"Ok hotell"
Ligger vid kmort strandremsa med grov sand och grumligt vatten, inte speciellt badvänligt. Stor och fräsch pool. Fräscha rum med mycket bekväm säng. Bra AC på rummen. Restaurangen tyvärr ett skämt. Frukost underkänd.

优点:离机场近,走路25分钟可以到,不过还是不推荐,马路很窄,车在你身边呼啸而过,很危险。 缺点:早餐差,很贵。预订的时候忘记了临时加的,一人50马币,几乎没什么吃的。而且离市区太远,不方便出去享受美食,门口如果没有酒店叫的话,很不好等出租车。 服务效率比较低,中间走廊的餐盘,可以放一整天都得没人收拾。性价比很差。 有个私家海滩,应该不能下海,只是因为去机场买机票,所以错过了在那里看日落,应该感觉不错。 如果是不要求去市区逛,吃喝都在酒店的话,可以接受。否则,还是谨慎点儿考虑。
