Very nice hotel with great facilities. Good food and friendly staff.

Loved our stay. Food was over the top, particuarly the bakery. It may sound funny, but the pizza was unbelievable (who knew?). Room was immaculate and very roomy - we were travleling with our daughter and had the two bedroom suite which was the right choice over two separate rooms.

The resort is excellent, had a few hickups as to be expected, but nothing serious, rooms very nice, restaurant good, service good, definitely recommended

Very good service, but not the high quality of the food in the restaurant. My friends and I were poisoned in the restaurant Green House on different days. I was very sick.

The hotel was nice but they have too much staffs and we've felt like we've been watched all the time since there weren't much customers for them to take care. I've wished that the staffs should give the customers a little more space.

We expected a lot from Hyatt but our check-in process took over 1.5hrs as we were not provided the 2 Ocean View rooms we booked for. We were told that they were booked out. After 1.5hrs of heated discussion, they offered a single 2-bdrm apartment on the 8th floor with ocean views. This room was located at the very end of the resort and it took 10mins […] of walking to get to the main facilities. This was a problem as we travelled with 2 senior citizens and 1 2-yr old baby. Also, due to the distance, our room service took over 1hr to arrive each time we requested something, and our lattes/cappucinos were always cold. Having said that, the housekeeping/service (not the front desk) were very friendly and did what they could to keep us happy. I expected a lot more from a Hyatt hotel but was quite disappointed. The Hyatt is brand new, only opened in October 2011. It is beautiful !! Design of rooms, restaurants, bars, pools and gardens and everything else is amazing. Bathroom is a blessing. Cannot remember staying in such a nice environment ever before. Staff is very friendly, food is great. We had diner in 2 different restaurants with the Hyatt in diverse […] price range. We also used the lunch at the pool. Quality is very good. For things to do you need to go to Hoi An or Da Nang. All the services (like taxi or booking an excursion) is done by the hotel. クラブルームに滞在したので、朝食やカクテルタイムも楽しめて良かった。　あまりお腹の空いていない夜はカクテルタイムの食事だけでも十分だった。　ホテル内に3つのレストランは有るが、余り代わり映えの無いメニューだったので、数日ホテルだけでのんびりしようとしたら、色々有るように見えるが少し飽きるかも。プールもホテル施設もと～っても広く、景色も良いので、日常から離れてのんびり出来る。

다낭보다는 호이안에 더 가까운 위치입니다. 새로 지어서 그런지 시설이 깔끔하고 조식부페도 괜찮고 호이안까지 셔틀이 다녀서 관광하기에도 좋고 수영장의 깊이가 아이들이 놀기에도 좋고 바닷가에서는 물놀이 기구도 대여를 해 줘서 편하게 쉬고 놀고 오기에 좋은 것 같습니다. 오행산은 걸어서 다녀올 수 있습니다.
