Belle Cour Hotel & Spa - London

The world’s hardest bed. We had to check under the sheets to make sure that there was a mattress, it looked brand new, we gave it a chance and it turned out to be one of the worst night sleeps I have had in a hotel. On the plus side every thing was clean tidy and looks brand new, I am sure we were the first people to stay there as the bedside lamp was […] not properly put together and there were still the instruction inside the microwave. The wires hanging out of the ceiling above the beds from one of the missing light fitting were a bit concerning, but out of most peoples reach. This is not a typical hotel and I am not sure I would call it one. It was like staying in someone’s nice new one bedroom flat. There was a fully functioning kitchen (cooker, fridge/freezer & washing machine) along with Tea and Coffee. It was a pity there were no cups to drink it from. The entertainment equipment (TV’s I pod dock Wi-Fi) was good and worked well once I turned the TV. The lack of normal hotel facilities (telephone and more surprisingly hair dryer) along with only 2 towels detracted from the published 4 star rating. All rooms and I believe there only 6 are accessed via fairly steep narrow stairs (hopefully the wet paint that my wife got on her coat is now dry) so if you are a bit uneasy on you feet this accommodation is not for you. The reference to the Spa is because all the room are above the Spa that is owned and operated by the same people; it’s not a Spa hotel. Value for money was fine if you don’t want the typical hotel bits but want somewhere with a good location and nice new furniture, providing they sort that bed out. Baca selanjutnya

Rigtig godt hotel. Dejlige værelser/lejligheder til billige penge. Det ligger dejligt centralt.

Chambre avec espace séjour et salle d'eau agréable, le tout high tech et flambant neuf... Mais nous arrivons, toilettes bouchées, deux heures d'attente avant l'arrivée du plombier... J'utilise enfin la salle d'eau, le robinet d'eau froide me reste dans la main, fuite énorme jusqu'au retour du même plombier une heure plus tard... Après cela, guère envie […] de prendre une douche. Personnel dépassé, à juste titre. Sinon, idéalement placé entre la gare de Victoria et Westminster Abbey... Les interventions techniques permettront sans doute de supprimer tous les défauts (mais pas d'assouplir le matelas du lit...) Baca selanjutnya

Estan las habiotaciones recien terminadas, son grandes, parece un departamento de 1 ambiente. es comodo, todo nuevo. lo unico malo es el colchon porque es muy muy duro, yo estuve solo una noche, si me hubiese quedado mas capaz que le pedia que lo cambie
