Ciri-ciri hartanah.
Meja depan dibuka untuk waktu yang terhad. Tempat letak kereta tamu boleh didapati berdasarkan tiba dahulu, layan dahulu yang terhad (dikenakan surcaj). Ini adalah sebuah hartanah bebas daripada asap rokok.
Bilik tamu.
Bilik menampilkan beranda dengan pemandangan bandar atau air. Bilik tamu 85 di Piccadilly Central Apartments mempunyai pemain CD dan pencuci/pengering. Akses internet wayarles kelajuan tinggi percuma disediakan. televisyen skrin rata 32-inci dengan saluran digital dan pemain DVD boleh didapati dalam bilik tamu. Semua penginapan disediakan dengan meja dan telefon. Bilik mandi menawarkan gabungan pancuran/tab mandi dengan tab pancutan, hulu semburan mandi pegang tangan dan pancuran mandi hujan. Bilik mandi juga merangkumi cermin solek/bercukur, pengering rambut dan kelengkapan peribadi percuma.
Semua unit di pangsapuri 4 bintang ini mempunyai dapur dengan dapur, peti sejuk/penyejuk beku saiz penuh, mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk dan tempat makan berasingan. Kemudahan tambahan termasuk pembuat kopi/teh dan seterika/papan seterika. Selain itu, pengemasan ditawarkan mingguan dan kemudahan yang boleh didapati atas permintaan termasuklah ketuhar gelombang mikro. Semua bilik tamu di Piccadilly Central Apartments adalah tempat larangan merokok.

"Restful"
Staff were very helpful. There was not a a microwave in the apartment but a call to reception saw one arrive 10 minutes later. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. It is just a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly mainline and Metrolink stations and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. "Max apartments"
Apartments are now called Max apartments. Me and my partner really enjoyed our two day stay here, lovely, helpful staff, clean and perfect location, would use these apartements again as we were very happy with everything, the signal is poor on the television but you do not usually go to watch television. p.s. the big jet bath was amazing!!
"Good place but could be better"
Arrived late and no problems checking in even though reception shuts at 6pm. Had a one bed apartment and was an ok size but bedroom rather small. In general the room could have been much cleaner but on the whole everything was ok. kitchen was well equipped too. "Good in some parts"
No wifi - they are in the process of moving to another supplier. No towels - was about to have a shower when I noticed they were missing. Managed to get a set in the end. The laundry had failed to deliver the towels which is why the washing machine in the apartment was in use. Wonderfull stay, very convenient, great location near Piccadilly Station. When I come back in Manchester, I'll stay at Piccadilly Central Apartments.

Had no hot water when i arrived, plug didnt work in the bath either. Work services around the hotel prevented sleeping in on a sunday morning. had to be moved rooms at 18.30 on a Saturday night. Overall not very impressed with the management of the hotel. Rooms are very good if they are in working order.
"Picadilly Central Appts - wrong name, couldn't get"
You won't be able to find this place easily. Its called Max, not Picadilly. Then when I eventually found it by looking at the building numbers, I couldn't get in. The front door can only be opened by a code, which you won't get until you have got in. There was no one on reception even though the details said there would be. I waited around for quite […] a while, slipped in when someone was coming out and then I had to phone a number which was on the reception desk. I got no answer. So hung around until someone came. The area is very downmarket, although it is very close to Picadilly Station. The apartment itself was excellent, except for the jacuzzi bath not working and no indication where to report problems to. Very cramped 1 bed flat, peculiar layout. The kitchen had a terrible smell of curry when I first entered and it lingered on all night. Not worth the money, other better value options nearby.
Convenient location. Great showers. Very Clean.
"Excellent stay"
The staff were having problems when I arrived. The Internet was down and everything was paper based. They were working very hard to keep on top of things. The room was excellent.
