Terletak dalam kejiranan (Golden Triangle) di Kuala Lumpur, Serenity Hostels - Hostel/Backpacker adalah berhampiran dengan Jalan Alor, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur dan Menara Kuala Lumpur. Juga terdapat berdekatan adalah Jalan Petaling dan Menara Berkembar Petronas.
Ciri-ciri hartanah.
Sarapan percuma disajikan setiap pagi. Selain perkhidmatan pencucian kering/dobi dan letak sendiri kenderaan, Serenity Hostels - Hostel/Backpacker menampilkan ketuhar gelombang mikro di lobi. Akses internet wayarles percuma terdapat di kawasan awam. Kemudahan tambahan termasuk televisyen di lobi dan penyaman udara di tempat awam. Ini adalah sebuah hartanah bebas daripada asap rokok. Pengubahsuaian menyeluruh hartanah ini telah disiapkan pada November 2012.
Bilik tamu.
Bilik tamu mempunyai pemandangan bandar. 56 penginapan kongsi di Serenity Hostels - Hostel/Backpacker berpenyaman udara dan merangkumi pembuat kopi/teh dan selipar. Tetamu boleh menggunakan akses Internet kelajuan tinggi wayarles percuma dalam bilik. televisyen skrin rata 43-inci dengan saluran kabel boleh didapati dalam bilik tamu. Tetamu berkongsi bilik mandi dan kemudahan termasuk cermin solek/bercukur.
Semua unit mempunyai dapur kecil dengan peti sejuk/penyejuk beku saiz penuh dan alat memasak/pinggan mangkuk/perkakas dapur. Selain itu, kemudahan yang disediakan atas permintaan: ketuhar gelombang mikro, tuala/peralatan tempat tidur tambahan dan panggilan untuk bangun. Pengemasan ditawarkan setiap hari. Semua bilik tamu di Serenity Hostels - Hostel/Backpacker adalah tempat larangan merokok.

The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shopping malls, markets etc. Although the hotel is slightly jaded, the room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Checkout was extended to 1pm with no additional charge and we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge until late afternoon. The food served in the downstairs bar (near the lobby) was not the best and there was a long wait for the food. The bar had not toilets but the toilets in the lobby were available. These were filthy which was surprising considering however any toilets used by the public were rather off. This was a comfortable hotel and good value for the price paid especially for its location. (5 minutes by taxi from China Town and KL Sentral. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and inexpensive 3 star hotel close to restaurants and shops, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly, service is excellent and rooms are clean! Great location right in the middle of Petaling street in Chinatown. You can walk to the train station Pasar Seni in less than 5 minutes. We had a room on floor 3 towards Petaling street but never heard the market below. However, the walls towards the corridor are very thin... Only remark was that there was small holes in the sheets and that a towel smelled bad. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we would have asked though. Would definitely stay there again!

"cheap and easy to party"
upstairs from a street full of pubs that go off every night,you dont really hear anything from street when you try sleep,toilets need bit of work but apart from that friendly staff and recommend as cheap place to stay
"Real backpacker hotel"
Well, you can't expect much from this. It's located on the bar-street in KL so you have near to bars and restaurants. And you are sleeping on one, so get used to the noise. Also there is some kind of construction in you neighbors apartment and you have to stand hammering and drilling. But this is probably over soon. They don't clean the blankets, […] just spray then with disinfection. The breakfast isn't even something to talk about. The showers are located on the roof and the walls in them are covered with mold. As I said, it's a real backpacker-hotel. Don't expect more from it, it's just a place to sleep - nothing more. "cheap & good. good place for backpacker"
its hard to find hostels cuz its really complex. But the owner was absolutely kind person :) room was clean & cool. in brief, its quite good hostels for backpacker who looking for cheap and only for sleep place

Erittäin mukava palvelu. Hyvä sijainti, kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Puhdas ja melko modernit sisätilat. Hyvä valinta yksin matkustavalle reppureissaajalle.
"Serenity hostel"
It is a nice hostel but it was extremely hard to find it. FYI, it was located on the street has a lot of bars and clubs, the street is easy to find. And the hostel is one the 2nd floor of one of the bar ( with a Heineken sign).
