The staff is friendly, service is excellent and rooms are clean! Great location right in the middle of Petaling street in Chinatown. You can walk to the train station Pasar Seni in less than 5 minutes. We had a room on floor 3 towards Petaling street but never heard the market below. However, the walls towards the corridor are very thin... Only remark was that there was small holes in the sheets and that a towel smelled bad. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we would have asked though. Would definitely stay there again!

"Value for what you pay"
Overall our stay was fine. The location of the hotel is very convenient. I rented a standard double room. The king size bed was awesome. The room was very clean and well maintained. However, there are the points the hotel can improve on. (1) toiletries need to be improved. The quality of toiletries provided was not good. "Sky Hotel Bukit Bintang KL not recommended"
Firstly the rooms and corridor area have tiles, this put me off and frustrated me when trying to sleep only to hear people walking through the corridors. On arrival I paid for breakfast for for entire 5 day stay. I was shocked to find out that breakfast is served in a BAR. The aroma in the air was last nights party booze and tobaco smoke. I asked for […] a refund of my breakfast money I paid upfront and they refused. I ended up having breakfast elsewhere. hotel is conveniently located and short walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. hotel is clean and bed are big
"Great location but noisy"
The hotel is new and clean with a great location, although the windows seemed to be sound proof, but the hotel bar is too noisy at night and we can hear it from the hotel rooms at level 1.
