I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room that was assigned was right by the bust street. It was noisy and the curtains were almost transparent and the room was visible to the street. No parking was provided as promised by the hotel over the phone. He promised me a spot for $30 a night and when I got there, nothing was available […] and I had spend about and hour each time looking for parking. The bathroom was untidy. There was cockroach in the tub. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. I took a chance after reading all the reviews. Use this hotel as a last resort. Baca selanjutnya

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean with modern furniture. It's a small hotel but very cute and great location for tourists.

I was looking for closeness to the convention center and I got that. This hotel is basic and very old, I did not find bugs in my bedroom but I think they wer frozen (central AC is kept at 50oF!! at least it felt that way in my room), the outside noise and brightness of the room kept me awake for two nights, then I managed to get some zzz's. guy at the front desk is pretty nice... but the room is NOT clean ... there was hair on the 'clean' towels the toilet was not working ... the bathtub was dirty had to put a small towell on the bathtubs floor ..and there was a bar of soap from the previous guest .. If you want to stay in south beach this is not for you. We stayed for 2 nights. We had to take taxis to get down to the main strip. We heard traffic horns at all hours of the day. Our room had a table with no chairs, the bathtub looked like it hadn't been clean in a while. The bathroom smelled like urine when we first entered the room toilet was not […] flushed. We had no blanket on the bed only sheets. There was no mimibar fully stocked. On the 2nd day the power went out in room for hours we showered in the dark only using window light. When we came back that night the bathroom light was still out. Blubs had blown out. When told front desk the guy was rude and said there was nothing that can be done. So that meant more showers in the dark! Also we had no room service to change towels or sheets had to go to desk for new towels which he gave us beach towels. Room was dirty, with hair all over bathroom. No front desk per se. Refrigerator in room, but no ice maker in building. Probably worth paying significantly more to stay elsewhere.

The hotel itself wasn't bad but there were major maintenance prblems. No hot water for two days in a row. No cable television, no towels or soap.

The worst maintained hotel ever seen. There are no sufficient parking lots. We entered at 11PM and had to put the car at the yellow curb which is the only space left. They said even the $20 parking lot is full and nothing left. No comforters in the room. The blankets were just like a paper. There were few soaps open in the bathroom. Also some dust and […] hair left on the sides of the tub. We understood that the bathroom is not cleaned before they gave us the room. Well, there is no Air Conditioner. So to stay here during the hot months would not be a good choice.. The tv remote did not work and they had no replacement.. Stayed 3 nights only had housekeeping in my room once..the best thing is the location to the beach, the (150) Airport Shuttle bus and the local stores around.. Walgreens, 24 hour Dunkin Donuts, […] Burger King and a few restaurants in the area..oh, the bed was horrible not comfortable and the sheets were I believe satin.. Not good to sleep on.. I booked this hotel last minute for a conference. The hotel has "central a/c" which means that none of the rooms have a thermostat. I had to keep the windows open at night to keep the room temp manageable enough to sleep in. Small bathroom, have to close the door to be able to use the toilet. Old spring matresses, and it appears housekeeping dod not […] come on a daily basis to clean the room. I can't vouch for the cleanliness otherwise, the type of carpet they have, it is hard to tell if it is dirty, etc... Cleaning personel hardly get to your room, and when they do, they just make your bed. light bulbs broken and not replaced over 5 days stay. I got to ask twice to get soap and shampoo.

Walked up and down eight flights of stairs for four days. Noisy. Rude reception. Great location if you are at a conference at Fountainbleu. Only positive thing I can offer, Days Inn looks like the better deal

Price was good. No a/c. Traffic was extremely loud and windows couldnt shut. Unless this place is significantly cheaper than everywhere else. Go somewhere else. Thats what Im gonna do next time

Service desk seems to always be closed. Lady who works there is super unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful! Do not go here! It isn't worth the money or aggravation. Very sketchy place!

Booked this late in the day and was given my room but staff not overly friendly. The room was a fair size but REALLY noisy and light. Think that there must be an outside light directly above the window - made sleep difficult. Next to a main road and no soundproofing. Was very expensive considering the above.

The hotel would have been ok except that the internet & A/C did not work. It is a central a/c that goes to all the rooms so when it's broke all the rooms have NO air. We had to sleep with the window open which was uncomfortable since we were on the ground floor. We could hear people all night talking outside. No amenities at all- no soap/lotion/shampoo, old bleach stained towels, no wi-fi as indicated, no iron. Hard floors, terrible hotel appearance which may be improving because every morning there was loud construction. Das Hotel Pierre gehörte während meiner zweimonatigen Reise durch die USA zu den schlechtesten. Negativ besonders bemerkenswert war die enorme Lärmbelästigung durch die neben dem Zimmer befindliche Hauptstraße bei Tag und Nacht, die in Kombination mit weitestgehend transparenten Vorhängen schlafen unmöglich machte. Der Rezeptionist war unfreundlich. […] Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse war die Rezeption zudem nicht 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet. Ungewöhnlich war auch, dass man die kostenlose WLAN-Verbindung nur in der Lobby und auch dort nur mit Einschränkungen nutzen konnte. Obwohl wir mit zwei Personen eincheckten, fanden wir im Zimmer nur ein Handtuch vor. Der Zustand der sanitären Einrichtungen war aber zufriedenstellend. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht gegeben. Auch eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden; stattdessen muss ein Deckenventilator für die notwendige Kühlung sorgen. Baca selanjutnya

en av de sämsta hotellen jag bott på. helt omöjligt att sova då en mycket trafikerad genomfartsväg låg precis bredvid och då det inte finns vanliga fönster utan endast jalusiglas så var ljudet från vägen genomträngande. ingen fungerande varmvattenskran o sänglampa trasig. dessutom fanns det ingen i receptionen utan fick vänta i ca 20 minuter på att […] få tillgång till rummet trots meddelande om min sena ankomst. nej boka inte detta hotell då det absolut är inte värt de dryga 1000 kronor!
