Great pool but many flaws
The pool is the best part of this stay, we arent ones to complain but there were some issues. You have to sign up for the pool and can only stay one hour - not sure what the sign up is for as sometimes it was extremely crowded and we thought it was to spread out people. We stayed at almost the top floor and have to ride 36 stories down to sign up for the pool only a floor above us and go back to get the paper at the time of reservation which seemed like a waste of time and unnecessary. Rooms have no windows and there isnt much space to spend time besides the pool so it was a shame we couldnt go up there without all the hassle just to get air. Another issue was the elevators. By the end of our stay only one was working and there are hundreds of rooms. We waited almost 40 minutes for the elevator and being on the 36th floor we had little options. We finally went down ten flights and crossed over to the apartments and used their elevator because ours never came. Also we had to leave at 4am for our flight. We called the front desk 4 times due to the loudest party going on next door People were SCREAMING music BLASTING we couldnt believe how loud it was. No one ever did anything despite saying they would. At 4am when we left with no sleep, party was still going on. The party was so loud down the hall there had to be multiple complaints Ive never heard such a loud party in a hotel and the staff did nothing, maybe they didnt want to ride elevator? But it went on 6hrs plus..
