Not what it use to be
Very much disappointed with the breakfast. Not a 5 star, but more like a 4 star, same for the service. There are no salt and pepper bottles on the table! Variety is limited and the same everyday. Also, the porters took 40 mins to come to pick up the luggage even after multiple calls and going downstairs to complain.

Hotel not well kept with stained sheets and covers
Front desk manager Johanan was very helpful in our check in process. Check in was smooth and efficient. The room were dated, pilow cases were stained and sheets were not clean as well. Generally the hotel's condition is not as well kept as it should be for a 5 star hotel rating. It was a disappointing stay.
