The staff was amazing. I fell and broke my foot across the street from the hotel. When I hobbled back to the hotel the staff was very concerned and helpful. Assisted in calling me down, stabilizing my foot, calling emergency services and arranging a taxi for me to the hospital. The staff was amazing and I would definitely stay there again.

Had a few problems with the room we got at check-in...We asked for a change and were given another 'perfect' room immediately. Staff is so nice & helpful. We just had a wonderful stay at the Hub. Perfect location near tube station and sites (Tower Hill station and Tower of London just a few minutes walk up the street.) Away from too much hustle and bustle so relatively quiet but still moments away from business district and great restaurants and shops. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small and definitely ask for a window room. We had a slight view of the river and great view of the Shard on the south bank. No refrigerator, coffee station, etc but coffee tea and snacks are in the cafe. Great happy hour specials at the little bar. We loved it for the price and our short stay. We definitely plan to return.
