Very friendly and helpful staff. The duty manager was willing to go the extra mile and got my boarding pass printed out though she had her hands full managing the guests. Breakfast is good with a decent array of food. Adding some vegetarian options would be better. What I would remember the most is the smiling faces of the (polite) staff who are ever ready to assist. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express KK.
