Very nice room and the staff were helpful as we had some issues with our room cards, they were very kind. The hotel is very clean and tidy, breakfast and dinners are a little pricey, and very good location when trying to explore Georgetown, nothing is super far away. An excellent stay with fantastic service! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to be granted an early check-in at 11:30 AM, and the front desk was accommodating enough to extend our check-out to 1:00 PM.
