Incredible staff! Good breakfast buffet selection, with a decently sized breakfast room that still has availability even during breakfast rush. Rooms were well-equipped, beds were the perfect mix between soft and hard. Tram station right in front of the hotel, train station just a short walk away. We have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and will continue to do so. The staff is attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items to choose from, the location is great, and the rooms are neat and clean. You can walk to/from the main railway station, major shopping areas, and numerous dining options. The direct access via elevator to the Metro station and shopping mall - which includes a large grocery store - is a major plus.
