Great for a one night stay coming from SaPa on the train. Location is excellent, across the Hanoi railway station. Staff were fantastic and let me store my luggage for a few days while I visited SaPa. Few food options short walk from the hotel.

Overall good hotel next to the Hanoi train station. We stayed 5 nights and explored by foot the city of Hanoi. You can walk many places. fFor the 3.5 stars the hotel is a good offer with modern boutique look. the insulation could be better as you heard traffic and trains all night

Perfect place to stay if you need to be near the Railway station. We booked a room just to rest between flying into Hanoi and taking a night train to Sapa but I would definitely find it comfortable to stay a night or two. Room is small but very efficient use of space and comfortable. Staff are lovely.

Avoid till the constructiom is over

The adjacent building is beeing constructed. They work at night in hanoi so dont expect to sleep excepted if you have earplug. You should definitly avoid that hotel till 2026 or when the construction is finished. Neverless, the staff is amazing. The location is great and the breakfast ok.

The hotel is is modern, quick check and opposite the railway station, convenient. The staff appears to be all young people, all extremely helpful, i would certainly stay here again my next visit to Hanoi Train street 5- 10 minutes walk and the old quarter depending on you're speed. Only one thing the rail and the hangers wear sticky, which didn't meet the rest of the excellent standard

Key card to our room stopped working the 2nd day we were there and had to wait for the mechanic to fix it. There are only 2 elevators and one kept breaking down; being on the 18th floor meant that was a hassle. Other than that, it was clean. Its right accross the street from the train station and there is a lot of construction right next to the hotel so it can be a bit loud. Adequate accommodation for the price and is walkable to various historic sites.

Nice and clean hotel with great staff. Cheap and effective do it yourself laundry. Good room service. The only problem is the construction of Hanoi Subway right next to the hotel. Because of that, we have to use the secondary entrance from the avenue. Sometimes it’s a small inconvenience when asking for Grab pickups. All in all it’s a good, simple and nice hotel. Definitely would come back

I feel the hotel room is new and very modernly furbished. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are very prompt and have welcoming demeanour. The front desk staff is also very friendly and prompt in service. The location is just beside the Hanoi Station (train), or Ga Hanoi. Getting around using online transport booking apps or calling for taxis is relatively easy. It is around 20 to 25mins walk to the lively Hoan Kiem streets around the famous lake. Around the hotel, there are many stalls selling banh and pho and cafes. Overall, the hotel is very recommended and I will definitely choose it if I am returning to Hanoi again.

Great hotel to stay as an option from old quarter. During the 4 nights stay, i moved to different room, which is their larger room. It mentioned they can accommodate 4 adults eith their main bed sofa bed. But it seems to me the sofa bed only sized at 140cm. You fat two petite adult but definitely 2 grown men. If you are family of 3 this room is perfect. Nevertheless, i still give the hotel great points for being a very reasonably priced and great amenities in overall! :)

It is still near the old quarter, just more quiet. Iike the fact that the hotel has a proper building rather than shop-houses turned to hotel like in most old quarter area. This hotel has a proper building and amenities, i feel safer. Just that the hotel is having renovation in front of their main gate. The renovation is initiated from the government to enhance the road, so it is not the hotel’s fault. But they have second entrance during. It was during december 2023 Hopefully when you arrive it is already finished their renovation.

Modern, almost spaceship like hotel in Hanoi. There's a self luggage storage located on the 2nd floor near the laundry room. The hotel is located right across the street from the train station and about a 20min walk to the Old Quarters / Temple of Literature. A pleasant experience of opening the door was when the room is lit up and the curtains self draw themselves. The layout is really nice, bright and clean. Very cleverly designed and definite a much bigger room than the typical the hotel in Old Quarter. Amenities are pretty good and the space looked much better in person. The bed was very comfy as well. Though it is further away from the main spots, I booked it due to the easy location of the train and is definitely a more modern hotel in the city.
