Place was clean, staff was helpful with good English. Very decent fitness room. My room was super small with no closet. Breakfast had great variety but with average quality and taste.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is excellent overall and well-located right next to the metro station. Rooms are largely good and hotel well laid out. My bathroom light had no switch, so i had to decide whether to have the light on all night or no access to a bathroom light by removing my key card. Breakfast was OK quality but exceptionally crowded. Gym was OK.

Compact double room advertised for 1-2 people, is small in design. Plenty of volume, but long and narrow so bed against three walls. Great location, super staff. Busy but rooms quiet.

6/10 Good

Overall, the hotel was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was done regularly and we were happy with the cleanliness throughout our stay. However, there were a few disappointing points. We had specifically requested a room with a nice view, but unfortunately our request was not accommodated and they did not offer to move us to a room with a better view. More importantly, the room was quite cold. Even after I reported the problem, the heating was not repaired; instead, we were simply given a portable heater. We were also disappointed with the pool/spa facilities. The pool required an additional fee and closed quite early, so we were never able to use it during our stay. The restrictions on children’s access also made it very inconvenient for a family travelling with children. The room itself was large and pleasant, and the cleanliness was very good. However, despite specifically requesting a room with a nice view, we were not given one and our request to change rooms was not accommodated. Combined with the unresolved heating issue and the restrictive and costly pool policy, these points were disappointing and our stay could have been much better.

Great value for money, affordable yet really qualitative. Breakfast buffet, included in the price of the room is a kick-start for a tourist's day. Great base for somebody needing to stay in Södermalm, but T-bana station next door connects well to all other areas.

2/10 Poor

We had 4 days stay at the hotel, after the first 2 nights where I had been bitten by some kind of insects both nights, probably not mosquitos since there were no windows there could be open, I contacted the reception. I was told there would check the room and call me afterwards. I was call before the check to insure we have left the room but not afterwards. When we returned to the hotel I asked in the reception and were told that the manager had inspected the room and found no signs of bedbugs. So, we shouldn’t worry, and if we got bitten again, we should report it again. From then was no follow up from the hotel either if we were ok staying in the room or if we got other bits, either by phone or during check out. I just hope their get it sorted before the next guest check in. At least it gonna be my last stay at Clarion and Strawberry group.
