Impressive hotel near Bandar Utama
We had a family emergency and booked 4 rooms there. I was impressed with the fast check-in and assignment of rooms. The room was filled with amenities. The breakfast was great. Service was fast (I asked for prayer mats and we did not have to wait long for theM). Will consider this hotel for future visits.

Travelled for business and stayed in this hotel every three months for the last two years. As always, very business like. Except a handful, hardly felt that the hotel wanted to do a little bit more for the guests. As usual, I requested for non smoking room, but realised that they have converted two levels to smoking levels, as I was giving a room in a smoking level upon check in. This was disappointing. More so, the toilets flush did not work, and TV volume malfunction, Desk lamp on/off not working. And in my so many trips, I hardly granted a late checkup extension, always using full occupancy as an excuse. They have lost some of the spirits in hospitality that they used to have pre covid. While they remain a decent hotel in PJ areas, the competition is getting fierce, and wish that they can improve a little more. Show some warmth, and be proactive to address customers need.
