Overnight stay on driving holiday around several countries - booked as it had parking & not too far to then walk into 'old town'. Room was fine, nice heated floor in bathroom, don't want a bar, as very small area on ground floor. What let them down & I know they explained at check-in that they had been taken over & were going to refurbish - but breakfast was terrible. We arrived around 8am, so not peak busy time & found virtually no hot food (scrambled eggs, pancakes & baked beans were the only offering) almost gone & the eggs were runny & undercooked. Not a great selection either on the cold food. The chairs also left much to be desired, while I heard them sat they were being refurbished, I still don't expect to see tattered chairs in a hotel restaurant.
