The rooms are becoming a little tired although we love that BKs all have a coffee press and recliner chairs, yet the recliners we have had in the rooms we have stayed in BKs Rotorua have been super-plush! The motel is situated in a convenient position close to many amenities. Lady staff was very helpful in getting us a ground floor room and replacing our microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room has all the facilities we needed. The exhaust in the bathroom is weak and despite having the window opened slightly, it was full of condensation after a shower. Still it is good value.
