I stayed in the compact room. It’s definitely snug but it does the job. If you want to size up, you should if space is a huge deal. It had all the amenities I needed. Towels were easy to retrieve and the ability to chat with staff was very nice. The placed was cleaned before I entered and I could tell. The heat was easy to adjust. The only downside is that my room was across from the luggage storage so that generated quite a bit of noise. I highly recommend staying here!

Hotel in a good location a short walk from Earls Court subway station, rooms located over 2 buildings on opposite sides of a very busy road. Had a basement room which was equipped as per description, however room was very poorly lit and also poorly arranged as to pass by foot of bed inevitably incurred banging off the wall mounted tv. Although a fan had been provided the room was very hot and stuffy with the window only slightly opening due to a safety wire. Tiny bathroom sink and the mirror was placed too high for use, outside of window was completely covered from the foliage outside, the back of building being completely overgrown . Property isn’t cleaned unless there for a week which wasn’t in description. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Only an almost finished roll of toilet tissue on arrival- as there’s no staff in property used the booking link to online chat facility -quick response-and was requested to obtain further supplies from cupboard inside entrance which was non- existent. Gym had no sanitiser spray or paper roll to clean equipment despite a sign on wall requesting users to do so. Gym was also located at the foot of a very steep staircase and possibly unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Overall poor value at £150 per night even allowing for location and time of visit.

The accomodations offered for the price were great!!! Very well located in central London! Quiet and safe! One thing to be aware of!!! Our studio was located on the third floor with no available elevators and extremely steep stairs!!! Quite difficult at our age ! But overall a great stay with an excellent mattress to rest on!

Top notch customer service

The hotel changed ownership literally a day before we came so that created a bit of confusion on our part. Check-in and assistance was all virtual but they were wonderful accommodating our request for an early check-in after a nightmarish day and a half of travel from overseas which included a delay of our luggage. They were responsive to any of our requests. The bathroom was quite tight but that’s to be expected in a major city. Any deficits were appropriate to the price point and it felt a good value for what we paid. Location to the tube was good and we didn’t notice city noise.

The mini apartment felt immediately like home. The sleep was lovely with the patio door open and fan breezing around the room. The location is wonderful, with easy transportation access, and fabulous food options. Make sure to check out Carriconis Italian two blocks away!
