We had a kitchenette bedroom, this was immaculate, genuinely one of the most modern hotel rooms we've stayed in. The decor was nice and everything was clean, bed was also really comfortable. The staff were also very attentive and easy to speak to. Highly recommend this place.

Our hosts on arrival were so friendly and personally showed us to the room. The studio was incredible - larger than expected with a lovely shower room and a coffee machine! Would not hesitate to stay again next time we are visiting Alexandra palace.

The new notel in the Town Hall is actually quite nice. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff, personally, were very friendly. However, I have two major complaints. We stayed for 6 days. They never once voluntarily came to clean the room. I asked on day three that someone come to clean up and empty the garbage, change towels, etc. They said they were busy that day and the best they could do was provide fresh towels. They did. But left the garbage and so on. Second, when arriving, I asked by email for an early chech in ... like at 13:00 for a 15:00 normal check in. The response email said they would charge GBP10/hr for early check in! I have never heard of this before. Yes, if you arrive really early and sleep, I have been charged a half day or something. But a couple hours? Bizarre. In the end, they didn't charge but this should not be a policy. I think management needs to review its customer service guidelines as this is not a staff but a management problem.

Excellent - clean rooms with staff who were attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs as visitors at the hotel e.g they remembered we were visiting for a gig and asked how it was on our return. The personal touch made a difference. We would recommend and visit again. Small thing- Signage to the hotel would possibly make it easier to locate as even Uber drivers weren’t sure of this.

Not the best experience. Cool, art deco building and room, but… No signage for the hotel at all. It’s within the town hall. Bad directions for parking. I had 2 horrible bites, which may be nothing to do with the hotel, of course. It seems like the hotel is an afterthought, when the town hall is not fully in use. Felt like a room in an office block.

Large room with separate living room / kitchenette area. All clean. All staff we saw were very friendly and any questions / needs where sorted straight away. Location great with lots of cafes close. Went to Cubes for breakfast which was delicious. Bus stops outside hotel, which we used for Finsbury park station (9mins) and Alexander palace bus just around the corner. Will def stay here again when going to Alexander palace for concerts.
