Very pleasant staff make you welcome from arrival to departure. Not sure if the restuarant was operational but this could be a benefit some would desire. The rooms were adequate but lacked a bedside table.

Everything was smooth, and service above and beyond. I did not personally love the layout of the rooms especially in terms of plugs, as these could be difficult to find (even behind someone's head on the bed headboard), however this is a very tiny thing and generally speaking everything went well and was easy. The hotel was lovely and so were the staff it was clean and comfortable, the only thing that ruined it for us was the toilet flush wasn’t working so we had to go down to reception everyone we need the toilet even during the night, and the constant flow of water coming from the toilet kept us awake .

Just back from the Isle of Wight Scooter Rally. Lovely friendly staff, I didn't get the lads name who worked behind reception & served us drinks at the bar, but he was super friendly and helpful. Accommodation clean and comfortable, although drawers in kitchen area in need of a wipe out. Breakfast was very well presented and good quality. Lovely selection of cereals & pastries. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely go back to this hotel.
