Great hotel I must say. However, room was quite dusty and pool wasn’t maintained but in a great location and the staff were really friendly. I would 100% stay here again. Hotel is older and needs updating but, for the price and location was a very good value. My room was clean and it was a short walk to the beach with food and shopping right outside the hotel. Great staff however the hotel needs a lot of work. TV is not working as most of the other things. One good thing is that the air conditioning system works. Not a chair to sit on or a comfy couch. The pool and the gym is there however not maintained. Located in a great area with lots of restaurants and cafes around. The only saying grace is the reception and cleaning staff.

Everything happens seamlessly at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and either have some English or are experts at using translator apps. The room was clean, spacious, quite, cool and attractive. The surrounding area has everything you could want, while being a large block away from main tourist area, and so is more authentically Vietnamese. The beach is wonderful. I shall return asap!

Very comfortable room for a great price.

The hotel was down a small street loaded with stores and eateries. The check in process was so easy. The receptionist was very sweet got us into our room quickly. The room itself was quite comfortable but the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. The room did have all the amenities needed for a traveling couple. There was a small kitchenette, washing machine, and an amazing shower. The beach was a short walk away and there was a great banh mi cart right in front of the building.

I booked this property because it was advertised as a serviced apartment and the location near the beach was convenient. The location is a positive — it is about a 2-minute walk to the beach. However, this is not a beachfront property. Some rooms are advertised as having a “sea view,” but there are buildings in front, so guests should not expect an unobstructed ocean view. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the condition of the property and management response. I checked in around 5 PM and discovered issues after using the amenities. The washing machine was not working, the refrigerator was unstable, and there were plumbing issues requiring maintenance. When I reported these problems, I was questioned about why I did not report them immediately upon check-in, even though I had just arrived and had not used the amenities yet. I was moved to another room, which I appreciated, but the communication with management felt defensive rather than helpful. The facilities also need improvement. The pool was acceptable, but the lounge area was limited and the chairs did not appear clean. The gym was not well maintained; some machines were not working or plugged in, there were limited free weights, the area was not clean, and the air conditioning was not working, making it extremely hot. The property has a good location, but it needs better maintenance and management. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

The service was good and the girl working there was smiling most of the time when we walked past or qhen we checked in/out. The hotelroom is so so. It is cheap for a reason, but it is serviceable if youre on a budget. They will check your hotelroom before you can check out completely so keep a solid 10-15 minutes for it if youre going to catch a plane.
