A very pleasant stay in Las Vegas during our roadtrip. The room was very comfortable and spacious on a high floor with views on the outskirts. The hotel is huge, extremely well located in the heart of Las Vegas, but due to its size it does not feel like a normal 5 star hotel with some personal attention: Long queue for check-in, main gym closes already at 5 pm, all pools close already at 6 pm (in a city with extreme heat during the day…), hardly no shade available in pool areas, breakfast options are available but again long queues. Also we received some f&b credits with our reservation, but the final check-out invoice is absolutely not transparent and therefore not possible to precisely see if the credits have been properly deducted.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Cosmopolitan for the Kenny Chesney concert at the Sphere. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group of five. Having 2½ bathrooms made a huge difference and was incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised that they accommodated an early check-in. The concierge team was fantastic—they helped us in the month leading up to our trip by organizing and securing dinner reservations, even at some of the hardest restaurants to book. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at The Cosmopolitan again. Highly recommend!

No early check in, no late check out, super long lines at the front desk for anything and they weren’t very welcoming, but all service was pretty quick when you call from your room. Room service, pool waitstaff and the bell staff were the most helpful. Overall a nice vacation.

We had an excellent stay at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. The property is beautiful, and one of the highlights of our trip was attending a concert at The Chelsea. We watched Raye perform with her sisters, and the venue was the perfect setting for a fantastic show—intimate enough to feel connected to the performance while still offering a great atmosphere. The views from our room were phenomenal, especially overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and the Bellagio fountains. Watching the fountains from above was a memorable experience. We also loved the location. Being able to walk directly to Vdara and Bellagio without having to step outside was incredibly convenient, especially during the busy evenings. The combination of great entertainment, stunning views, and an unbeatable location made for a wonderful stay.

It took quite a bit of time to check in, even at 9:00 PM on a Wednesday night. There were not very many reps working the check in desks. The woman we interacted with was friendly and helpful and offered us bottles of water while she worked on getting room assignments. We had reserved two rooms, and she bumped us up to a 2 bedroom penthouse suite as well as a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the pool. Needless to say, the rooms were beautiful, and the upgrades were much appreciated! The rooms were both spotless and in excellent condition. Parking in the garage was $20 I believe, and it took us a few loops to find a parking spot.

A deeply disappointing return after 14 years The Cosmopolitan was my first workplace when I arrived in this country 14 years ago, and I was always proud of the strict standards in cleanliness, service, and guest care. Returning for the first time as a guest, I chose it for my business partner believing it was still one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. Sadly, the experience was very disappointing. Our room key did not work for parking, so I was charged twice, and the bathroom sink was clogged and still had hair from the previous guest, despite the issue having been reported several times. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern or meaningful assistance from the staff. The bars and atmosphere are still enjoyable, but the cleanliness, service, and attention to detail no longer reflect the reputation or standards this hotel once had.

Fantastic room overlooking the Bellagio fountains. We were worried that we’d get a lot of noise from the strip, but the rooms are well. Insulated beds are comfortable. Great food options.
