We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Queenstown. The hotel’s location on the shores of Lake Wakatipu provides stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy town centre. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Service was consistently warm and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options, with high-quality ingredients and beautiful views from the restaurant. It was a great way to start each day. While the hotel is located a short drive or water taxi ride from central Queenstown, we found this to be an advantage, allowing us to enjoy the spectacular scenery and a quieter environment while still having easy access to the town. Overall, Hilton Queenstown delivered the relaxing lakeside experience we were looking for and we would happily stay here again.

We think the breakfast is okay. In the past, barista coffee was included but not in this trip. But the brewed coffee is so good. We didn't like the way they cooked the sunny side eggs because they tasted "plastic - ky" and the scrambled eggs looked dry. But on the brighter side, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Wakatipu Drill - loved the prawns, fried chicken and salmon. Love the pool, spa but disappointed that the steam room was not working. Fabulous stay.
