This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure your stay was unforgettable! The rooms ate extremely comfortable and clean! The buffet breakfast was amazing. The rooftop terrace bar was a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and Ali was a skilled and friendly mixologist! I highly recommend this hotel in Rome!

This hotel’s location was great - within walking distance to most of the sightseeing locations. The staff was very helpful as well. Our AC in the room was not very effective for our stay there ( much needed during hot weather), however staff was accommodating and were able to provide a fan at our request.

Location was great but it has limited acces to the terrace and I believe people also live there permanently and not friendly at all snobby area has a rooftop restaurant and club very noisy loud kept waking me up at all hours could still hear the people even with all windows closed also limited breakfast options at the this hotel and very expensive

Our room was in the annex building and it’s right next door to the hotel. Easily accessible to everything. They assisted will getting us taxis. Bernard was very personable and helpful with breakfast.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is SO helpful and nice. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, called restaurants on our behalf, and delivered things to our room within minutes of the request. It is in a great location on a quiet side street. I can't say enough good things about the staff and this hotel. My kids kept commenting on how nice everyone was. I would definitely stay here again -- They go above and beyond!
