While from the outside it looks like just a normal basic hotel on a quiet street, my wife and I found this hotel to be our favorite on our long trip around the UK. Staff is wonderful, the bar is basic but makes a great G&T, breakfast on a sunny patio. Located close to Charing Cross, Euston and St. Pancras rail stations and Underground, getting there and getting around London is easy. Lots of good restaurants all around. Even though there is no lift and you have to schlep your luggage up a winding staircase, it's worth it.

I would stay here again. It's incredibly convenient to get to the station and from there anywhere. The hotel isn't a Ritz which is why it's so much cheaper but if you're looking for a place to sleep that's reasonably clean and well kept them this is it. The staff was very helpful when asked questions. They allow bag drop before your check in time which was super helpful.

I love staying here, the staff are lovely and the hotel is beautifully clean. The downside is there is no lift but there are ground floor options if requested. Very central to all areas of London and transport options. They have their own restaurant nearby but there are also many other options to eat within yards of the hotel
