little disappointed with the breakfast. Danish/bread area often empty...not replenished even though I ate at different times during my stay. Would have to like bananas served with breakfast. Not available the 3 days I stayed. Would have liked choc chips available to put on waffles. Would have like a pot of plain oatmeal made so I could add my own toppings instead of the flavored packets of oatmeal. These are suggestions. I realize all may not be available,

Needs work, but great staff
We stayed to go see Notre Dame football. The staff were great, especially the young lady at the front desk. She was helpful and friendly on our arrival. We stayed in 308 and the room smelled like smoke or mildew. The closet didn't have a door on it, and the bar for the clothes hanger was broken and hangers were hanging from the shelf. There was a half drank bottle of water in the closet on the floor on our arrival. The shower curtain rod was broken and hanging off the wall. The linens were clean and the breakfast was good.

Curtains has mold all over them. Flooring was coming up. Comforter had stains. Bed was comfy. Lobby was very nice and clean. Night staff very nice!

Okay if only looking for somewhere to sleep
The lobby was clean but that was about it throughout the hotel. The front desk clerks were friendly. The hallway on the 2nd floor was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The door to the electrical room by the ice machine was wide open. There were dirty socks that were outside a room for the two days we were there. The couch in our room was very old, we didn’t even attempt to pull it out as a bed. The beds were okay, not over comfy but sufficient for sleeping. Almost all of the outlets did not work, many wouldn’t even hold a plug tightly. Our TV had a message about not having connection, so we didn’t even try to mess with it. We didn’t have any bath towels, which I didn’t notice until I got out of the shower. The hot tub was broken, the ladder in the deep end of the pool was duct taped together and missing a step, and the ceiling was peeling off. Breakfast was okay for free, but the best things were the pre-packaged danishes.

Save your money and go somewhere else.
Horrible experience at this hotel only saving Grace was the receptionist lady named Carolina. Everyone else wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Tried early Checked in at 2:45 room wasn’t ready because of 3 o’clock Checkin. Came back after baseball games to formally bring luggage in and go to bed. First time seeing the room and it stink, bad mold on the ceiling, headboard broken on bed, and white fuzzy stuff on the tv entertainment center growing. Asked for a new room and Carolina helped us get a new room and thankfully she was able to help us. The other guy at the desk didn’t want to help. Got to the new room only to get a rude knock at the door at midnight from the guy front desk saying the room wasn’t supposed to be occupied. I explained what happened but why else would we get a key to the room and enter the room? Both bed comforters in the new room had blood spots / stains on them. We took them off and tossed them in the closet but it ruined our opinion of the hotel. Asked for a partial refund as we refused to stay the last night because this made me sick and honestly didn’t need the room. Was told I’d likely get a partial refund but still no refund to my account. Avoid this hotel. It takes a lot for me to complain and this was a horrible hotel. I wish Carolina all the best in her wonderful future but this hotel needs a complete overhaul outside of her.
