Great Hotel! Very helpful staff!
We stayed there 3 times over a month long period as we traveled around Malaysia. They were very helpful arranging our car transport to and from the airport multiple times, and kept some of our luggage while we went to the rainforest. The rooms were nice and they have a beautiful rooftop infinity pool and bar with great view of Kuala Lumpur.

Stayed once before Covid. Really liked the lounge to chill. It has closed now. Sad. General room quality and comfort still present. Big plus point for mangosteen products. Nice neighbour for cafes and restaurants. Suggestions 1. Change the menu for hot foods during breakfast. Quite boring to have the same items for all 3 days. 2. Please check the quality of food. I had crunchy papaya for the first time in my life. May come back for a third time…

I really happy tat I had choose this hotel, I had booked 2 rooms, which for my self with my hubby, and the other 1 Room for brother and sis in law. We came here for our anniversary trip. very satisfied with our stay here,Nice ambience, helpful staff whenever we need help for transport, or enquiry,the staff will try to fullfill our needs. Veronica from reception. Thkq very much for her help of transport arrangements. We also received Christmas cookies on Christmas Eve. Nice view of kl tower from swimming pool doesn't matter it's day times or night time 👍👍 Breakfast was good ,can be improved for more variety as i can understand, for KL side ,may be not many guest choose to have breakfast at hotel. Most likely they like to go out to have local food I guess. But still have alot of people like us prefer to have or enjoy our breakfast at hotel before we heading out to explore the City or shopping😁😁. Over rall everything is good and we enjoyed our staying here. Definitely will be back again in future if happen to come to KL. Really like this hotel very much. Thkq everyone there. Nice clean modern hotel. The washroom had a see thru window where you can see from the room.. I was traveling with a friend and it was inconvenient, we had to turn away while the other showered. A lot of great restaurants and cafes walking distance from the hotel.
