Отличный таунхаус в тихом и спокойном комьюнити. На его территории находится бассейн, который не воняет хлоркой, и куда приходят небольшими группками люди из соседних таунхаусов. До моря есть несколько путей. Самый короткий - прямо вниз, дойти можно за минут 7, но там нет пляжа, только камни. Впрочем, и там люди периодически плавают. До Coral Bay можно дойти за минут 15-20. Там есть и шезлонги с зонтами, и спасатели, и куча людей. Но сам пляж не очень чистый. А ещё есть третий спуск к морю, между этими двумя, туда идти минут 10, пляж там чистый и малолюдный, но без удобств. По самому таунхаусу. Есть 2 этажа. Из гостинной и одной спальни открывается вид на море. Со второй спальни окна выходят в город, откуда по вечерам слышно музыку. Но, если закрыть окно и включить кондиционер (можно с таймером), уже ничего не слышно. На кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки пищи. Есть стиралка, 2 туалета, телевизор, Wi-Fi с неплохим интернетом, 3 кондиционера, под домом мангал. Из минусов: не работает джакузи. У приветливого хозяина можно взять в аренду машину. Нам она обходилась в 25 евро/сутки, и не нужно никаких депозитов и покупок дорогих страховок. А машину взять стоит. Недалеко находится центр Пейи, где можно выбрать себе ресторанчик по вкусу (рекомендую посетить японский с вечерним шоу) и посетить сувенирные лавки. Также там вы найдёте супермаркет Филиппос. Весьма рекомендую данное жильё, если вы ищите что-то доступное по цене для семьи с 1-2 детьми.

Kiváló ár érték arány, kellemes emberekkel.
Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a szállásadónk, valamint nagyon kellemes helyen van a szállás. A tenger morajával aludtunk el, és a besütő napra ébredtünk. Mesés volt. A konyha jól felszerelt, és az éttermek és a városközpont is köze van. Nagyon sok szeretettel ajánlom mindenkinek.
