Walking distance to old George Town. Also very close to high street malls. Breakfast amenities were good with a wide selection. Had dinner one night due to late arrival and this was fine also. Cleaning staff were prompt and efficient. The hotel is also easily accessible to the hills and the Temples by Grab taxi. Would recommend for sure. If there was one downside was that the pillows were too hard. Would recommend one soft pillow and one hard pillow.

Loved that St Giles is in the middle of town, and a short walk from some of the interesting places in Penang (Komtar etc). There are lots of quaint cafes, and decent spas around the area. Check out the mee tarik across the street (under Komtar) and the shopping malls nearby, when staying here.

The Executive Premier Room was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well maintained and in perfect working order. The room provided a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, making my stay both enjoyable and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy.
