Staff were friendly enough. When I called to say the room's toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush, he was quick to assign another room. Both rooms were dirty, though the 2nd was a little cleaner. The bedding had not been changed (pillow cases had long hairs on them) and floors hadn't been mopped. By 10pm, I started seeing the roaches come out. I had a restless night worrying about bugs. Definitely not an 8+ level stay!

The AC unit is dirty but kept the room cool. Floor is not level on the top level. Seems kinda dangerous. Washed linens had stains. It's fine on a budget but I would not stay again.

First we were told it was only a $50 deposit on the phone and then when we checked in they made us give a $75 deposit. They offer free breakfast but you can't take anything back to the room you have to stay and eat in the office. They give 2 packs of coffee in the room and when we went to the office to ask for more they only allowed us to have 2 additional packs. There were 3 of us staying, 1 pack of coffee is 1 cup of coffee. Our 85 year old dad stayed with us and he had an accident in the bed and they kept our deposit. No empathy at all just really cold hearted people. We will never go back and I hope they have the same thing happen to one of their family members and get the same treatment that we received. Just rely nasty and cold hearted!!!!!

It’s ok for the price

I understand the price goes along with what you get and I can’t say the room was awful. The bed was ok, not awful but not very comfortable. It was a king size for my husband and me and only had 3 very small pillows. We went down to ask for more - because we couldn’t find a phone in the room - and the guy seemed confused with the request and asked if we had 3 but said he’d go try to find more, he did get us 2 more. We found the phone shoved in a nightstand drawer, not plugged in, don’t know if it worked. The old air conditioner was very loud, hard to sleep with it running but it was too hot to not have it on. It’s also the type that makes your room and clothes damp after enough time running. I saw a picture of the rooms online and it showed having a hair dryer so I didn’t pack mine. It didn’t have one. I wish they had coffee in the rooms but again, you get what you paid for. My husband went down to the lobby for coffee around 9am and it was lukewarm and no sugar or creamer out.
