The resort is situated perfectly to shopping and beach. Grounds were amazing. Wonderful pools. Restaurants providing tasty and inviting food. Our room was a bit noisy and no view on our patio. Bed was comfortable amd room functional.

Best beach side restaurant/lounge/bar in Sanur Beach. Lovely roped off beach, bike rentals for exploring the village and 5km beachfront bike path. A lovely gem of a resort catering quite eloquently to both adult only and families.

The gardens are beautiful and beautifully maintained, the breakfasts were excellant and the staff really wonderful, helpful and friendly. We would have liked to eat at the Segara restaurants, but both at lunch and dinner the constant loud music made that impossible. Many of your guest I think would be happy to eat with quiet background music. And it was loud--I could hear it right down at the sea wall, and my hearing isn't terribly good anyway!

1人の滞在には十分な広さのお部屋、バルコニーには大きめソファがありました。エントランスからロビーに向かうメインの通りに沿った建物の部屋でしたが、草木のおかげであまり気にならないため、部屋にいる際のほとんどの時間はバルコニーでのんびりと過ごすことが出来ました。 来年から改修するそうですが、古き良きな、今の雰囲気を残したままの改修になればいいなと思います。

We started in room 502. The entry door was broken and had gaps I could stick my finger through. We were moved to room 527. For $330 a night the room was sub-standard. A grotty stained shower curtain separates the toilet and shower. The drains stunk like sewer and an air freshener was hidden behind the toilet that smelt like urinal cakes (bad). Many broken and loose floor tiles. Mould in shower. We ran out of tissues on day 2/6 and there were not replaced for the rest of our stay. I would question if the towels (room and pool) were washed. We were given very dirty (brown stuff stuck to them) on several occasions. Staff happily swapped them over. The grounds, location, food, pool bar, pools however amazing. Staff were great! Service was slow at the beach restaurant. Overall I would say compared to the accomodation we come from at semeyak this was poor value at over twice the price. Rooms need a lot of work.

Nous avons passé trois nuits à Sanur. L hôtel est dans un joli cadre : jardin luxuriant, jolies piscines, bien situé sur la promenade en front de mer et à 5 min du centre commercial Icon Bali, 10 min du marché de nuit et un petit temple dans l enceinte de l hôtel. Nous avons rayonné et fait des tours privés avec www.findbalidriver.com , à partir de l hôtel. Vraiment un super confort et un service sur mesure irréprochable avec Indra et Ngurah. Un séjour vraiment très plaisant pour combiner repos et découvertes. We spent three nights in Sanur. The hotel is in a beautiful setting: lush gardens, lovely pools, well-located on the seafront promenade, and 5 minutes from the Icon Bali shopping center, 10 minutes from the night market, and a small temple within the hotel grounds. We explored the area and took private tours with www.findbalidriver.com, starting from the hotel. Truly perfect comfort and personalized service with Indra and Ngurah. A truly pleasant stay combining relaxation and discovery.

Amazing 9 nights at Segara, beautiful people, paradise gardens, lots of pools to choose from, best beach front in Sanur. Spacious room with patio, perfect comfy bed, excellent shower pressure & hot water & daily housekeeping. Recommend making sure breakfast is included as too expensive otherwise. Very hard to fault anything. So friendly all the time.
