The breakfast was dreadful. Which you have to pay for The concierge John was diabolical. Booked us a boat trip and when we got to the other end they remanded more money and the driver who took us there asked for money. It was supposed to be all included. The place is nice. The staff is good. Given the place far away from anything, I did not see the value. Also,the taxi could not find the place on google maps. Need to search for glow hotel. The place should be about 20% cheaper. Location is not good at all. Again clean and good staff.

Rooms big and ok. However, I do not understand how this can be a 5 star hotel. Pictures not as good in reality. The area is a very ”local” area where you cannot really stroll. You would need to take taxi everywhere as its far off from center and not safe. The rooftop restaurant was really superb though.
