Lovely and cozy place

This was a lovely place to stay in the Adirondacks and was close to many trails. The place was clean and cozy, and although the bathrooms were shared with other guests, there were enough and it was never an issue. The owner and staff were also very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in the area and would recommend it!

What a gem, especially for hikers! My husband and I were pleased with the queen suite. The bed was very comfy and the amenities were just what we needed. Everything was extremely clean, and the décor added an extra touch of ADK flavor.

Best place to stay when hiking the high peaks.

The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were super friendly and there was an amazing atmosphere in the inn. I will definitely come back!!!

We were warmly greeted. The place is clean and newly renovated. It is a small space but well thought out and very quiet and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

I can’t say enough about this place - from every little detail, they thought of everything. We stayed here between two hikes and it was the perfect place to rest. Everything was comfortable and inviting. We booked the upstairs queen room with a private bathroom. And to our surprise it had its own sitting area with mini fridge, coffee station and microwave with chairs. Absolutely perfect to sit and enjoy. It’s so clean, and so adorable. The balcony has a great view and it was wonderful chatting with others who were also resting between hikes. They are so welcoming to dogs as well - our dog enjoyed it and was just as comfortable.. The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back as we plan more hikes in the high peak region and we honestly can say it’s just as much of a highlight as the hikes!! Thank you Rooster Comb!!

Loved Rooster Comb Inn

The place is lovely. Very CoVid cautious with sanitizing wipes and sprays. Very clean charming rustic. Owner very helpful. Within walking distance for food. Fully equipped kitchen. Can’t say enough!

Was not my type of stay. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Very firm and springy. The “shared” bathrooms were communal. And check in was out name on a white board with the room designation on it. Would not stay again.

Passage rapide d’une nuit avant de remonter vers le Canada. Très bel endroit charmant et propre. Le propriétaire Dusan est très gentil et accueillant et s’assure que notre séjour soit agréable. A savoir : depuis la chambre on entend assez ce qu’il se passe dans la maison. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé car les autres voyageurs étaient discrets.

Great place to stay!

Utrolig koselig plass å bo! Stedet har sjarm og alt var tilrettelagt, enkel innsjekking og utsjekking. Ikke så mange rom, så dermed heller ikke for mange som skal bruke kjøkken/bad. Anbefales på det sterkeste!
