Plaza Mayor Palace

A hidden gem ! Beautiful apartment with an amazing roof terrace. Perfectly appointed, has everything you need. Literally the perfect location in centre of Palma. Adriana the hostess was brilliant and so helpful. Can't wait to stay again.

Palma is a beautiful city with friendly helpful people. My partner and I stayed here for my birthday so spend extra hoping it would be a quality find. The apartment was ideally situated in old town with everything close by. The entrance to the apartment building is in a passage way covered in graffiti. Firstly on entering the building into what could be a stunning hallway it reeked of urine! Including the lift! All week we held our breaths as we travelled in and out. We were not shown where the light switch was and at night I fell down the steps in the hallway, whilst feeling for the light as it was not triggered by movement. Another guest also did this and dislodged the small banister from the wall, as he fell. In the room it self we purchased and fitted a new battery into the fire alarm, as it was stuffed in a draw! The mop and bucket had been left in the bathroom and stank the whole apartment out. The bedding sheets had holes in them. We expected a cleaner or someone to call in at least once to empty the bins, bring toilet paper etc but did not see anyone. The telephone number we were given did not work. We were stunned by the lack of care by the owners, as the whole building could be wonderful. Just a little thought to their guests comfort would encourage people to come back, ensuring the place was clean and safe was paramount. We could not even get the TV to work. In all an unpleasant stay and would not recommend there are many other hotels in the area.

Stayed at Plaza Mayor as a family of 5 with 3 kids all over 15 years. Adrianna our host contacted me to confirm flight times and was there to meet us. The location is excellent, adjacent to Plaza Mayor, 5 minutes walk from The Cathedral surrounded by shopping, restaurants, bakery and a supermarket beneath Plaza Mayor. Apartment 2a was a fantastic space to relax for 5 people with ensuite to all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Smart TV with You Tube and Spotify. We ate at Bar Espana twice - great restaurant 20 metres from the front door. Highly recommended

Es war alles perfekt! Die Lage war hervorragend! Das Appartement in einem Top Zustand! Und die Abwicklung war sehr problemlos und hat super funktioniert!

Se trata de un apart hotel muy completo. La administradora muy atenta y amable.

Vi var fem tjejer som hade en fantastisk långhelg i Palma och denna lägenhet var superfin och låg verkligen optimalt med gångavstånd till allt! Kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet och servicen var också jättebra!
