Beautiful hotel. Great staff
The hotel is clean and beautiful. The room had a very comfortable bed and a good shower. Staff were lovely and breakfast delicious. Very well located I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Saltaire/Shipley.

The lovely staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and contemporary, and the beds were really comfortable.Great home cooked breakfast.

Nice well maintained property. Parking is around the back and quite cramped (sometimes double parking is necessary). A little noisy from the road, but the windows are double glazed.

Extremely pleasant and friendly staff throughout. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean and in good condition. Good cooked breakfast available. Room was a little small with only one bedside table and one chair at the desk. Housekeeping overlooked our room on one day and, on another day, the cleaner walked into the room twice, when we were present, without knocking.

This is a lovely hotel. Our bed was huge and very comfortable. We even had a Jacuzzi bath. Very clean and staff are lovely.

This hotel was amazing. Room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was brilliant. Only downside was (and I knew about it in advance) that they charged me £20 to have my hamsters in the room. Other hotels I have booked in the past have quoted a standard "animals" charge but not actually charged it. I'm sure this is probably a standard "animals" charge, however, hamsters make no mess or fur anywhere. For this reason alone, I don't think I would book this hotel again which is a real shame as it is a gorgeous hotel in a great location.
