As first-time foreign visitors, we visited Palm Springs on a relatively quiet day, so the resort was nearly empty. The resort itself was very clean and seemed like an ideal spot to socialize and meet new people.
However, we were quite disappointed that, despite the low occupancy, we were assigned a small, cramped room far from the pool, while other rooms appeared much larger and more comfortable. Since there were no room type options available during booking, it was unclear why we were given the smallest and most distant room.
