Everything was amazing. We just didn’t get any room service so that wasn’t the best but I’d definitely give it a 9/10 otherwise. Beautiful hotel

Location Does Not Mean Everything
The room wasn't totally clean. There were toenail clippings, hair and hair pins in the room. Toilet paper roll and the wall attachment was not secure and was about to fall off onto the floor. Needless to say, we had to be very careful when using the restroom. There was mildew in the corner of the shower on the floating shelf. I do believe that the state of the US has an impact on the friendliness and courtesy of the staff and front desk. For the price of the stay, it was not worth it.

I got in the room and it smelled like urine... they did move me but we spent the night out with friends so when I actually got to spend time in the new room it smelled like mildew and smoke ...... so we checked out and spent the rest of the time there with friends

It was bad my first room the shower head was broken stuff was missing and the bed wasn’t made they moved me to a second room which was worse there was toenail clippings on the ground and a bug in the bed when we opened the sheets the carpet was dirty and even more stuff was missing glasses, towels, etc They moved me to a third room and as soon as I walked in I noticed only the bathroom light worked it was pitch black.and the front desk finally told me that there not holding me hostage and that I can leave but I’m not getting my money back and refused to move me to a room!!!

Our stay was great, the hotel was in a great location, the hotel was beautiful, and the hotel staff, Ms. Alicia, was amazing, we truly enjoyed our time and our stay.
