## Neighborhood
The Lanes are definitely a large defining feature of Brighton, giving it its unique feeling. The area’s narrow streets and small holding boundaries are from the Middle Ages. Filled with one of a kind pubs, vegan/veggie cafes, kooky home-stores and market stalls selling anything and everything. Arguably the most atmospheric and unique area of Brighton, walking down you will smell incense and soup, hear the laughter and heckles from the market stalls and see weird and wonderful people amongst a dazzling array of colour. Here you’ll also find the city’s main Library, Komedia Brighton and The Royal Pavilion Estate. The Royal Pavilion Estate is a must see, being one of Brighton's most iconic sites. It was built in 1787 for George, Prince of Wales. It is surrounded by pristine and beautiful gardens which are perfect for relaxing in the Summer listening to some local jazz musicians that often play in the gardens.
## Transit
You will not need a car. Get off the train and be in the apartment a couple of minutes later and from there you can easily and quickly walk to everything Brighton has to offer. But there's a bus stop directly outside the building and rent-a-car (by the hour if you want) 3 minutes walk.
## Notes
Transport:
Being in the heart of Brighton there is no parking immediately outside the property but there are car parks situated locally, however its best to take the train and then walk everywhere as you will be in the centre of everything.
Access:
This 3rd floor flat is secured by key fob only entry and the building has a 5 day a week concierge. Access is gained via an entrance lobby and then a lift all of which is wheelchair accessible.
The keys will be available via a lockbox.
